Pros:

This place lack basic cleanliness. Carpets were dirty and haven't been vacuum, there was rat poo along the windows, shower area wasn't clean, rubbish under the bed, cupboards were dusty, the list goes on! Only good thing was staff was friendly.

I was given the impression that Sovotel is a reputable hotel chain brand, but it turns out this is a newly acquired property which is totally rubbish.
