Not Super Hotel
Pros:

On site parking n location

Cons:

The hotel lobby was disgraceful, sofas were old and dirty, indóor plants were neglected and half dead. Bathroom tiles were dirty and neglected. My 'superior' room was shabby

Budget and Old but Gold
Pros:

Well, it's an old hotel and a budget one. You cannot realistically get a class hotel for the price that was paid. Everything worked, except for the lift button to the 2nd floor that was spoiled. There were holes in the towel but they were laundered clean. The bed was firm, the sheets clean, the floor was also cleaned, bathroom was also clean and functioning well, and there was a kettle for me to make my morning coffee. Everything was clean but old and I have no issues with old things.

Pros:

Strategic location, fast checkin & out process, free parking (although is limited), the room space is big!

Cons:

The water running sound is high in the washroom. And the room is not really soundproof as still can heard the people is talking and walking outside while the door is closing
