Was pleasant stay and suited my purpose ,staff were nice.
Pros:

Was close to location I needed, bed was comfy. Aircon was good

Cons:

Had to wait well past 2 to be shown into room even though I’d arrived early and already been waiting 2 hours. I had emailed requesting floor level as i have knee injury. Was told no floor level available. On further query found all the rooms on floor level were empty and then was upgraded to one. The buffet brekkie wasn’t very good. Ended up having eggs on toast most mornings. No bacon or beans etc. Mainly rices and noodle choices
Decking around pool outside doors needs serious attention. No freezer section in fridge.
Every morning at 5am are awoken with the speaker outside playing their ritual music/prayer for 5 mins. Then again a few mins later.

Great location near airport and shopping.

Cons:

Very noisy. Chairs scraping overhead all night. Bathroom smelled very moldy.

Simple Nice Experience stay at Quest Hotel-Kuta
Pros:

Location great
Facility such as Porter, friendly staff, clean room, easy access

Cons:

The food for breakfast.The variety was amazing, but some bread roll was mouldy and it was too late as we already half bite

The loc of the pool was ok but need to have such Towel Facility on display and extra nonslip paving on the floor.

Bath room was spacie...but the tile under the shower was so slippery.
But overal we were happy
