Das Personal war meistens sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Rezeptionist hat unseren kaputten Koffer kostenlos entsorgt. Am vorabend wurde uns von einer anderen Person mitgeteilt, dass es kostenpflichtig sei, was auch verständlich wäre... am nächsten Tag wollte die andere Person kein Geld annehmen dafür.

Cons:

Da es ein 4-sterne Hotel ist, hätte ich mehr sauberkeit im Zimmer erwartet. Es hatte sehr viel Staub auf den verschiedenen Ablagen und es roch leicht nach Rauch.

Pros:

Size of bed and room was great. Fresh towels everyday without having to have the whole room made

Cons:

The smoke smell, in the lift and in the air-conditioning even though it was non smoking.
The underground in osaka is messy. Location is close but 11min underground to get trains to kyoto n nara is very tricky.

Pros:

Todo estuvo bien. Ubicación, habitación justa para dormir y ducharse.

Cons:

Desayuno , no es buffet y es poco adecuado , ya que no estaba acostumbrado a ese tipo de desayuno. La habitación olía mucho a tabaco, la ventana no se podía abrir entera para ventilar bien, nevera no enfriaba.
