Pros:

Atendimento excelente. Recepcionista atenciosos.
Fica um pouco afastado da estação, mas nada que atrapalhe os passeios.

Cons:

掃除が行き届いてない。バスルームやベットに髪の毛が落ちてたり、部屋を留守にして帰ってきた際荷物の周りにU字ヘアピン（形が変形したもの）が置いてあった。貴重品は自身のスーツケースに入れてロックをかけていたが、ロックの鍵のスペースに入るような形に変形されていたので少し違和感を覚えた。

便利なホテル。
Pros:

広いテーブルがあること。　足を伸ばせるバスタブ。
喫煙できる部屋がある事。
一階に、ファミマがある。　近くにもコンビニ店がある。
駅から近く、また、空港行きパス停にも近い。

Cons:

朝食は、お弁当かサンドイッチの選択のみ。
飲み物は、牛乳、ジュース、コーヒー、抹茶。
スープ、コンソメ、味噌汁など。　会場で食べる事も、部屋に持ち帰り食べることができる。

L'amabilité et disposition du personnel.

Cons:

La formule du petit-déjeuner. Devoir choisir au check-in entre 3 plats "exotiques" et finir par devoir attendre d'être servi le matin n'est pas ce qu'il y de plus convainquant.
L'état général de l'hôtel est moins récent que tous les autres hôtels de notre voyage.
La salle de bain était limite vétuste. Des traces d'humidité dans certains coins étaient apparentes.
