Этот отель словно остался в 90-х.

Постельное бельё было грязным: у моей подруги — с коричневыми пятнами, у меня — с красными. Чайник был грязный, ванная тоже, а вода пахла плесенью. Я знаю, о чём говорю, потому что беременна, и сейчас очень остро чувствую запахи.

После использования этой воды мне стало плохо. Моя подруга, когда чистила зубы, не смогла сдержать рвоту — этой водой страшно даже собаку поить.

Пол был настолько липким, будто его вообще не мыли.

Отель находится очень далеко от центра Брюсселя. Такси стоит около 70 евро, и многие водители просто не хотели ехать в такую даль.

Фотографии на сайте совершенно не соответствуют реальному состоянию номера.

На потолке висел старый, повреждённый вентилятор, который всю ночь шатался и гремел. Таких вентиляторов я не видела лет 18 — это просто ужас.

За что вы берёте такие деньги? Я смогла использовать этот номер только как место для хранения вещей. За двое суток мне так и не удалось нормально поспать.

Особенно обидно, что номер не был подготовлен должным образом. Я ехала в Брюссель из Украины почти двое суток и рассчитывала хотя бы на чистый и безопасный номер.

Учитывая, что я беременна, дышать плесенью и сыростью было просто невыносимо. Это был очень неприятный и разочаровывающий опыт. Не рекомендую этот отель.

Cons:

On m'a facturé 2 x 154 euros ???
Et on nous a attribué 2 chambres communicantes pour 3 alors que.l'accueil pensait que nous étions 6 !!!
Merci de prévoir un remboursement.

Chambre bien en dessous des attentes : propreté très moyenne, beaucoup trop chaud

La taille de la chambre est ok. Bien d avoir un petit réfrigérateur. Sdb ok meme s il faut attendre lgtps pour avoir de l eau chaude

Cons:

Il faisait super chaud dans la chambre il y avait juste un ventilateur et la route devant l hôtel est très bruyante donc difficile de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. La chambre n était pas très propre (sol pas nettoyé). La cuisine commune était très sale et elle est très peu /mal équipée (même pas de couteau /fourchette). Le verrou de la chambre était défectueux : nous l avons fermé av bcp de difficulté et lorsque il a fallu le rouvrir nous avons eu bcp de mal nous étions bloqués dans la chambre nous avons failli appeler le manager mais finalement avons réussi à le rouvrir (mais n avons pas osé le fermer à nouveau )
