Amabilidade e hospitalidade
Pros:

Os funcionários são super educados e muito prestáveis. Fizemos uma viagem em família, com um bebé pequeno e eles fizeram de tudo para nos fornecer o que precisávamos.
Sem dúvida uma equipa fantástica.
Outro ponto positivo é estar a 3’ da praia e dos restaurantes principais e a 7’ do centro de Mattinata.

Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Buchung war ohne Frühstück. Wir konnten schon nach dem Mittag die Wohnung beziehen, was wir sehr schätzten. Wir sind mit dem Zug und Bus am Vormittag angereist.

Très agréable séjour. A recommander sans aucune hésitation!!!
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé au milieu des oliviers, proche de la mer, à 5 minutes à pied. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu, une propreté exceptionnelle, une literie bien ferme mais confortable. La piscine est magnifique, même si nous n'en avons pas profité, car il ne faisait pas assez chaud.
L’accueil fut chaleureux, ils sont à l’écoute du client et font le maximum pour que l’on se sente comme à la maison. L’hôtel et les installations sont neuves.
Un grand merci a Matteo et à sa famille, qui gèrent cet établissement avec passion.
Si nous devions revenir dans cette région, nous reviendrons dans cette structure avec grand plaisir!!

Pros:

Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit könnte nicht besser sein.
Da wir eine Reifenpanne hatten, hat uns das Personal sofort einen Reifenhändler vermittelt.
Besser geht nicht.

Hotel Residence Torre Del Porto kann man empfehlen
Pros:

Der Strand ist einige Meter vom Hotel entfernt, ist allerdings ein grober Kiesstrand. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, ist aber nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmergröße ist okay und sauber. Auf der Gargano Halbinsel gibt es einiges zu erkunden.

Cons:

Bei der Ausstattung könnte eine leiche Renovierung nicht schaden, speziell im Bereich der Küchenzeile . Warum ein Zimmer mit Terasse im ersten Oberstock ist, erschließt sich mir nicht. Ich würde sagen, das war ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Agression des Geschäftsführers und die Arroganz der Rezeption.
