Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt (wir waren in einem anderen Gebäude neben der alten Kirche untergebracht), das Zimmer war wunderschön und sauber, es gibt einen Lift.

Cons:

Es war unglaublich kalt in unserem Zimmer, nur den Heizkörper im Bad konnten wir wärmer drehen, am letzen Tag (1.4.) ist auch dieser kalt geblieben. Ansprechperson gibt es vor Ort keine, man müsste ins Haupthaus gehen.

Vieze kamers, slecht management, hoge prijs.
Pros:

Ontbijt was wel redelijk.

Cons:

De kamers waren vies met vlekken op de muur en vlekken op het tapijt. Jaren '90 mubilair en klein. Volstrekt onacceptabel op dit prijsniveau (bijna 300e per kamer per nacht). Verder kwam er onverwacht een borg bij het inchecken naar boven en wilde het hotel management 15 euro extra kosten boeken toen we om 11.15 nog niet waren uitgecheckt. Ik reis best veel maar dit maak ik nooit mee. Booking zou dit hotel niet meer moeten aanbieden.

De ligging en vriendelijkheid personeel

Cons:

De douche (bad kuip onder een schuin dak) was niet hotel waardig. Ik kon er niet fatsoenlijk staan en mijn vrouw ook niet.

Dit hotel in de binnenstad van Delft is een aanrader. je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen door de receptioniste en het hotel ademt de nostalgische sfeer uit van een monumentaal pand. Bij het ontbijt wordt je ontvangen door 2 geweldige dames die je gastvrij met alles helpen. Echte toppers.

We moesten ergens slapen

Lokatie was prima, foto’s op de site zien er veelbelovend uit

Cons:

Oud, bij elkaar geraapt zooitje. Bedden waren een soort opklapbedden van 80 bij 190, ergens in de hoek van de kamer gedrapeerd waar vroeger de tv hing. Badkamer van van het soort jaren 60 met een vies douchegordijn. 4 sterren, dat zeker niet, kamer mag hooguit 1 ster hebben. Nachtkastje was de helft van een oude kast met de gaten er in en vieze morsvlekken. Ontbijt was in een leuke zaal, maar van matige kwaliteit, slecht afgebakken mini broodjes, koffie was top, sinaasappel machine stuk. Ik kom in veel hotels, maar moet eerlijk zeggen dat dit qua prijs de ergste ervaring was.

Locatie is top en zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De verwarming ging niet uit, en ik werd midden in de nacht wakker hiervan. De douche was niet warm te krijgen, bleef echt heel koud. jammer dat het ontbijt in de steeg daarnaast werd geserveerd.
