The location is excellent being close to the centre of town, but not too close to be noisy. Also ideal for the tram stop.
Breakfast room was very pleasant and had lots of Delft pottery of course.
Reception team for friendly and helpful.
The bathroom in my ground floor room was very dated and one of the shower doors was I need of repair. The bed was stated as being a double, but was two beds pushed together with two separate toppers and a double sheet. The beds were not locked and came apart.
The staff is so helpful and the location is great. The breakfast is good and decorated by delft blue porselen which I love so much

Geen airco, ramen die niet open konden en onvoldoende licht in de badkamer dat ook nog kapot ging.
Ontbijt was super. Personeel erg attent en vriendelijk.

De airco kon iet apart uit gezet worden dus sloeg hij elke keer aan snachts we hadden stroom nodig voor het apparaat van mijn man dus konden we de stroom er niet af zetten

The staff were professional and helpful. The location was good.
1. No mini fridge! - I didn't specifically check this in the accommodation profile because surely this is standard these days. On our holiday around Holland, every other of the 4 accommodations we stayed at had a fridge.
2. No air conditioning. I wouldn't normally expect this necessarily and of course we were there during a heatwave. The reason I think this is an issue is that the photo on the site gives you the impression you may be in high-ceilinged, airy rooms with windows that you could open wide. However, it turns out that you are in a somewhat separate building in the attic rooms that retain heat and have very little window space. Very disappointing.
3. Mirror placement in the bathroom. I appreciate that the roof space is challenging but surely the mirrors could have been placed in such a way that you could look into them.
