A great base for exploring the Flanders region.
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Very central although nice and quiet. Great location. Breakfast is fantastic. The best hotel scrambled egg ever. Rooms are very clean. Great bathroom facilities

Cons:

The only drawback is no onsite parking. There are plenty of car parks within walking distance.

A fantastic base for exploring the region
Pros:

Great location by the Cloth Hall. Staff are very helpful. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel

Cons:

The only drawback is lack of parking. There is plenty of street and car park spaces even at the weekend.

My room had a side table next to bed which made a strange noise every so 5-6 minutes which disturbed my sleep.

Heerlijk hotel. Zalig ontbijt. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.
Pros:

Midden in centrum, aan de Grote Markt. Recht tegenover Flandersmuseum en paar minuten lopen van de poort waar iedere avond om 8 uur de Last Post indrukwekkend wordt gespeeld.

Cons:

De douchebak lekt in kamer 31, zet de badkamr onder water

Our train was late so we nearly nissed check in, but the receptionist stayed on fir us. Very helpful

Nice location, rooms comfortable, although the views vary even when premium rooms are chosen.
Pros:

The location in the centre of town was excellent. Staff were friendly enough until there was issues, not that the were unfriendly just that when I raised the issue on the WiFi, the answer was "Well it is almost 5pm so not much I can do..."

The included breafast was very good.

Cons:

The room Wifi was non existant, really annoying as we were relying on it and missed a realy important set of messages. I riased this witht he desk staff, but because it was close to 5pm they reckoned nothing could be done!

The TV was wite intermittant, I had to switch on and off fequently to get channels working.

The Parking was not great and even the 30 minutes side street parking was a tourist trap as 1 minute late and you are fined EUR25! There was parking furter away which worked and was a 7 minute walk.
