Grote teleurstelling gezien prijs / kwaliteitsverhouding (175 euro per nacht x 4)
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was buitengewoon!

Cons:

De twee directieleden deden arrogant en neerbuigend naar ons én naar het personeel!
Wat een schril contrast met de medewerkers!!
Bovendien was die arrogantie niet terecht, gezien een giga afwijking op wat de website aangaf:
géén Wellness, géén bar, géén naastgelegen restaurant en een slecht ontbijt in een overvolle benauwde ruimte waarbij je onrustig werd van alle producten (gedeeltelijk zelfs over de datum of van de dag ervoor) die er stonden en hingen.

Heel gezellig hotel, mooi gedecoreerd, centraal gelegen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heel netjes.
Pros:

Ver voorop het onthaal, we kregen een upgrade en een drankje aangeboden. En dat met een stralende lach van de man aan de receptie. Top!

Cons:

Helemaal niets.

Het was een plezier om te logeren en voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

De kamer en ook behupzaam aan de receptie en ook de nodige info gekregen van receptionist / receptioniste.
Heel vriendelijk en spontaan.

Cons:

... Aan de receptie gezegd wanneer ik uitcheckte , het kan ook aan mij liggen maar ik wou douchen het lukte me minder voor warm water. Het kan aan mij liggen.

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Struttura in posizione strategica perchè subito adiacente alla stazione del treno e a quella degli autobus. Staff molto gentile e disponibile e camera pulitissima.

Great location for town centre, plenty of various parking options. Most of all great friendly staff that gave a very warm welcome

A very unique hotel with wonderful staff! We were travelling by bicycle and they provided safe overnight storage.

Pros:

Alles was goed! Zeer tevreden wat betreft comfort en hygiëne. Gezien dit en de centrale ligging van het hotel ook een enorm goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Daarnaast was het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zo werden we geholpen met een nieuwe kamer zodat we eerder in konden checken, en dat alles zonder extra kosten. Dergelijke behulpzaamheid is zeer zeldzaam!

Cons:

Niets aan te merken.

Perfect hotel. Sfeervol, super service, heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Ontbijt is heerlijk uitgebreid. Personeel is top. Kamers zijn super. We hadden een kamer met terras. Genoten!

Meest vriendelijke personeel ooit.
Pros:

We werden vriendelijk en hartelijk ontvangen door Chantalle. Ze gaf ons direct het gevoel dat we zeer welkom waren. Onze fietsen werden onmiddellijk in een afgesloten ruimte geplaatst en er werd ons een uitgebreide uitleg gegeven over de buurt en de hotspots. Zo'n vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel hebben we zelden meegemaakt. (Je kan 20 keer langs de receptie passeren en je krijgt iedere keer en "fijne dag" toegewenst. Mooie en propere kamer mét airco (was ook nodig tijdens de warmste dagen van 2026). Het ontbijt was heel lekker en uitgebreid. Zoveel assortiment is ongezien!! (Hiermee bedoel ik; spek en ei, broodjes , beleg, fruit, yoghurt, chocomousse, alle(!) maar dan ook alle soorten hagelslag, chocolade vlokken, wraps, ....). Kortom; teveel om op te noemen. De hele ruimte staat rondom gevuld met eten, eten en nog eens eten Ook hier is het personeel zéér vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Super hotel. Aanrader.

Cons:

Dit hotel is misschien iets prijziger maar voor deze prijs krijg je wel het meest vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel in de plaats.

Vieillot. Clim en panne. Pas de fenêtres. Chambre qui donne sur une voie ferrée et je n'avais pas été avertie. Douche d'un autre siècle.
