We were made to feel very welcome by all staff.
Wonderful villa with very comfortable beds.
The swimming pools were lovely.

We only stayed one night, which was not long enough.

A highly enjoyable hotel experience, the staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful.
There is a very calming and relaxed feel to the site and everything was very clean.
The pool areas are nicely maintained and there are plenty of beds available and there are staff on hand to bring drinks/food to you.
The Villa we stayed in was very clean and spacious with all the facilities you could want/need.
As stated by others, this isn't really a 5 star hotel but rather a very good 4 star in my opinion.
The breakfast was decent but not nearly as high end as has been made out in other comments.
The gym facilities are quite limited and could do with some modernisation/expansion as could the Spa and the bar area could perhaps be opened for a more extended period of time.
The on site shop isn't always open and it is limited in choice with the nearest shop around 15 mins away.
Not a criticism of the hotel whatsoever but the location is quite high above sea level and it's a fairly steep walk from La Caleta if mobility is an issue.
