Localização muito boa, quarto confortável.
Um ponto muito bom, além do atendimento, é a possibilidade de comprar garrafas de água de 1L e não apenas pequenas. (valor fica mais em conta)

Cons:

Primeiramente não encontrei na descrição da página do hotel no booking, que o café da manhã é servido no hotel, da mesma rede, no outro lado da rua, fiquei sabendo apenas após a reserva, quando o hotel me enviou uma mensagem com maiores informações.
O café da manhã possui uma boa variedade de doces e salgados, porém o sabor/qualidade não é dos melhores.
Também achei estranho que o hotel estava com a escada de emergência INTERDITADA. No meu último dia, o elevador não estava funcionando corretamente, não poderia descer pelas escadas e a recepção não atendeu o telefone ou respondeu mensagens no whatsapp. Um outro hóspede acabou indo pela escada, mesmo interditada, para tentar resolver a situação do elevador, já que havia malas para descer.

Com certeza retornaríamos.
Pros:

O atendimento da recepção em especial ao colaborador que estava no turno até às 15 horas fomos muito bem orientados por ele e do café da manhã.

Cons:

Embora o hotel em reforma nada a reparar.
