Śniadania znośne ale ale bez dużego wyboru świetna lokalizacja hotelu i to jest chyba największy plus obiektu

Hotel absolutnie nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki kiepskie wykończenia , łóżko wymagałoby wymiany materacy , łazienka kapitalnego remontu ogólnie cały obiekt trąci "myszką" za to personel obiektu na 6*

Würde dort nicht mehr buchen.

Für uns cental gelegen und Parkplatz vor der Tür

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstück könnte freundlicher sein und beim abräumen fragen ob das Geschirr mitgenommen werden kann, Reinigung im Zimmer nur oberflächlich, im Bad nur das nötigste obwohl es dort kein Ablage gibt. Handtücher sind in Hamburg im Hostel besser, würde ich zuhause zum putzen nehmen, benutzte Gläser werden nicht getauscht sondern so stehen gelassen, aufgeräumt wird nicht. Für mich eine Enttäuschung. Preis Leistung passt meiner Meinung nach nicht .

Pobyt spełnił moje oczekiwania
Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Możliwość zamówienia bezglutenowego śniadania. Położenie w centrum miasta, blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. To mój kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu i na pewno nie ostatni.

die Lage war gut, Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

die Klimanlage hat nicht wirklich gekühlt, dann musste man die Reception anrufen um diese an bzw. aus stellen zu können.
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, bei 4 Sternen hätte ich mehr erwartet.
