Absolutely outstanding! We felt like royalties during our entire stay. Exquisite hotel with beyond excellent service.
It was not entirely clear to us if sauna is textile free or not. We decided to risk it and while sitting, slightly nervous and butt-naked, another (thankfully) naked person walked in. Sighs of relief escaped both of us. The last thing we wanted is to be chased out of this amazing hotel as two perverts, sitting naked in the sauna. So please, for the sake of all textile-free-sauna-lovers, put up a sign:)

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The warm and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome immediately, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests.
Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with love and attention to quality.
The spa treatments were exceptional, and the personalised care and attention made all the difference. The rooms were spotless, cosy, and elegantly decorated, blending modern comforts with a charming, homely feel.
If you’re visiting Saas Fee, don’t miss the opportunity to hike one of the beautiful trails back to the hotel – it’s the perfect way to enjoy the stunning scenery before relaxing at the spa.

There was nothing not to like
My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of breathtaking natural surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. Not sure about the rating of this hotel it sure did feel 5star in my loft suite. The hotel provided a full board and the Breakfast was okay however the dinners were exceptional all 5 courses. I also thought getting to the location will be difficult to my surprise complex given it was my 1st trip since I travelled from Zurich - a train and two busses however was seamless and on time. Stayed for 4 nights amenities were also of the highest stand well positioned health spa with all that one will need. However will recommend extended spa hours and including more vegetarian options on the menu
