Wenn der Zahlung der Rechnung die meiste Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird, fühle ich mich nicht willkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Blick über die Rambla und die Dächer Barcelonas ist toll und unvergesslich.

Cons:

Wir wurden sehr kühl behandelt und bekamen teilweise kaum Aufmerksamkeit (vor allem beim Frühstück). Am zweiten Tag warteten wir sehr lange und vergebens auf die Bedienung, obwohl ausreichend Personal anwesend war.
Ein anderer Gast fragte nach Late-Check-Out und bekam statt einer Antwort nur ein „impossible“ zurück. Als Gast eines Hotels dieser Kategorie erwarte ich eine bessere Behandlung und mehr echte Freundlichkeit.
Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren in dieses Hotel und erleben, dass der Service von Mal zu Mal kühler und distanzierter wird.
Ob wir ein fünftes Mal kommen, ist nicht mehr sicher.

Нет. Не рекомендую. С вами может произойти то же.
Отель бронировала заранее, за несколько дней. Под это бронирование заказывала ирансфер и экскурсовода..
Я уже была в самолёте, когда пришло уведомление об отмене бронирования. Хотя в условиях бронь была подтверждена. И отель не ответил на моё сообщение подтверждением. Я вынуждена была искать отель уже после прилёта, фактически ночью. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. А за такие цены не простительное.
Не рекомендую.

Ehrliches Feedback für Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage. Hervorragende Fenster sodass man selbst bei voller Rambla ausschlafen kann. Sehr sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Leider muss ich hier 2 entscheidende Dinge sagen
1. das Bett war tatsächlich nur 1,80m lang. Als 1,90m großer Mann, war das leider ein dicker Minus Punkt. Zusätzlich ist das Bett sehr weich, sodass Bewegungen von der Partnerin im Ganzen Bett zu merken sind
2. die Türen müssen unbedingt getauscht werden gegen Schallisolierte Türen. Man hört jede Tür scheppern, Menschen sich unterhalten und den Fahrstuhl losfahren.

Rommene var ikke i samsvar med beskrivelsen på booking.com. Det var dårlig renhold. Sengetøyet var skitten. Det var blodflekker på lakenet.
Vi ble tilbudt gratis frokost som plaster på såret. Men det er den dårligste frokosten jeg har sett. Jeg forstår ikke hvordan dette kan være et fem stjerners hotel. Jeg har bodd på fire stjerners som er ti ganger bedre enn dette.

Luxurious overnight stay
Pros:

We needed a hotel for just one night before a Mediterranean cruise and I wanted to choose something within the Hilton family because of their loyalty program. Hotel Bagues ended up being an excellent choice. The hotel and room felt quite luxurious and was very well located. The staff also went out of their way to provide us assistance. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I would stay here again if I travel to Barcelona again.
