Unglaubliche netter und persönlicher Service und einfach ein super schönes kleines Hotel. Ausstattung und Ambiente waren hervorragend!
La réception du personnel est exceptionnelle sauf pour la plus veille dame de la réception qui se comporte de manière étrange sans dire plus
La première nuit était difficile et plein de problème : Poussière partout ; impossibilité d’éteindre le climat à partir de la chambre sauf après intervention de la réception depuis leur lieu de travail ; ce qui est très étrange et bizarre. En fait, une réclamation a été faite dans ce sens auprès des responsables de la réception . En sus, de l’odeur qui sort de la canalisation installé en dessous du lavabo (insupportable ).
היה מקסים. אני ומשפחתי נהנינו מאוד והוקסמנו מהצוות בכלל ובפרט. רציתי לשבח במיוחד:
1. את מנכ"ל המלון, שהיה אדיב במיוחד וטרח להביא לי תרופות לביתי שלא הרגישה טוב. ועל החיוך הקורן שלו.
2. את רפאיילה המהממת, שהיא כל כך מקסימה, מסבירת פנים ועוזרת ונותנת תחושה של "הכל טוב והכל בסדר" והרצון שלה להיות נחמדה לאורחים ממש ניכר.
3. ועוד עובדת שאני לא זוכרת את שמו (אני חושבת שהוא היה מנהל הקבלה) שעזר לנו עם השכרת רכב באדיבות ובסבלנות.

Constant road works outside that prevent taxis and cars from coming to hotel door.
Roxanne, Yousef and Sugaro are all such amazing people. The hotel is fortunate to have such dedicated team members. They all went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful! Exceptionally clean with great attention to detail. Great location. Beautiful property and we cannot recommend this place enough.
