Magical peaceful family friendly hotel
Pros:

Everything, the setting, the pool and restaurant, the attention to details like free snack left in your room, the nice Specialized bikes, beach toys and umbrella available for use. The staffs were all super friendly and attentive. This hotel was the highlight of our trip.

Cons:

Food, the ambient and staffs were amazing. The food was good but not great.

Pros:

De medewerkers van het hotel maken alles goed wat we aan teleurstelling moesten verwerken toen we bij het diner erachter kwamen dat het restaurant van chef Andreu Genestra per 1 mei 2026 is vertrokken. Check of de reviews van voor of na 1 mei 2026 zijn. Om teleurstelling te voorkomen.

Cons:

Het restaurant dat nu in het hotel zit is ronduit slecht. Zeker als er een verwachting is gecreëerd op de website van het hotel dat je bij chef Andreu Genestra aan tafel zou schuiven...

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

- Some dish options were not available for breakfast a for few days in a row.
- The coffee could of better taste

Pros:

Schöne, exklusive Anlage im Nord-Osten von Mallorca. Ruhig. Frühstück gut. Ideal für Golfer die einen nahen Golfplatz suchen. Angenehmer Pool, Pool Liegen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Hübsch auch die Dörfer Arta und Capdepera. Wenn man sich erholen will am Pool, kann das auch entspannend sein. Als Nichtgolfer würden mir 3 Tage Aufenthalt genügen.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen nahen Strandzugang und dort wo es Strand hat, kann man nicht parkieren. Ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Zum Radfahren nicht ideal, da keine Rad-Wege und viel Verkehr.

Super helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. Great facilities. Exceptional evening restaurant.

Cons:

If you want a cold air conditioned room it's probably not the place for you.
We had 3 rooms in total. The first 2 were very warm at night. The 3rd room was shaded by trees and built into a rock which helped greatly with cooling the room.
Apprantly it's due to EU rules on energy consumption but a word of warning if you are after US style air conditioning.
