Idyllisch & herzlich - gerne wieder
Pros:

Super nette Mitarbeiter, ein herzlicher Empfang, super schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Eingang und neben dem schönen Biergarten vorhanden. S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür & Ladesäulen vorhanden. Fitnessraum war auch top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in guter Lage
Pros:

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Verkehrsgünstig und dadurch auch etwas laut.

Cons:

Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kein Kühlschrank.

Extremely welcoming stuff !!! ❤️❤️❤️ Very quiet and cozy. Near to the train station 👍🏼

Cons:

The room is smaller than it was on the pictures :( Breakfast is not that good, as it was mentioned in other reviews. Just a standard breakfast, nothing spesial.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Direkter Anschluss zu ÖV. Ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus.

Cons:

Kein Mückennetz, Cappuccino ist nicht im Frühstück enthalten. Unser Fenster vom Zimmer war direkt zum Biergarten hin, dh Fenster konnte wegen der Mücken, Lautstärke und von außen könnte man einsteigen, nicht geöffnet werden.

Dieser Aufenthalt war der schlimmste Hotelaufenthalt, den wir seit Jahren erlebt haben.

Wir kamen früh an und baten um einen frühen Check-in, doch uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht bereit sei. Um 14 Uhr erkundigten wir uns erneut, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Zugang erst um 15 Uhr möglich sei. Uns wurde gesagt, das Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig – gut, aber um 14 Uhr hätte es fertig sein müssen. Wir durften das Hotel nicht betreten und mussten draußen warten.

Schließlich erhielten wir um 15 Uhr Zugang zum Zimmer – unsere gebuchte späteste Ankunftszeit.

Auf den ersten Blick machte das Zimmer einen ordentlichen Eindruck.

Es war ein schlechter Start, zwei winzige Flaschen Wasser (die nicht im Kühlschrank standen) zu sehen, die mit jeweils 2,50 Euro beworben wurden. Ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel übernachtet, in dem Wasser in der ersten Nacht nicht kostenlos angeboten wird.

Außerdem war das Badezimmer winzig. Die Dusche war die kleinste, die ich je gesehen habe. Ich hatte Mühe, hinein- und wieder herauszukommen. Der Duschschlauch war verbogen und hing schlaff herunter – das machte das Waschen noch schwieriger.

Die Lampenschirme waren voller toter Fliegen. Die Farbe an der Decke blätterte ab. Das ist inakzeptabel.

Die Betten bestanden aus abgenutzten Matratzen mit einem Kissen, das ich schlichtweg nicht benutzen konnte.

An einem Tag versäumte es das Zimmermädchen, die Handtücher zu wechseln, und nahm lediglich die benutzten mit, ohne frische bereitzustellen.
Wir hatten für das Frühstück bezahlt, und genau hier wurde ich sehr wütend. Die Auswahl war begrenzt, und das Personal stellte nicht genug bereit. Wir blieben drei Nächte, und es war immer dasselbe. Lauwarmes Wasser und Orangensaft, der ausging und nicht nachgefüllt wurde. Der Käse und der Aufschnitt waren von der billigsten Sorte – und natürlich schnell aufgebraucht.

Tutto!
Ero preoccupata perché temevo che la posizione fosse scomoda invece, anche se non in centro di Monaco, è assolutamente perfetta.
Ho apprezzato il contesto nel verde e la stazione vicinissima (praticamente di fronte) con un servizio treni davvero efficiente.
In mezz'oretta scarsa sei al centro senza alcuna fatica.
La struttura poi è perfetta: accoglienza genuina con personale tutto gentilissimo; massima disponibilità e attenzione
La stanza è oltremodo pulita e la colazione abbondante e varia
Non riesco a trovare critiche perché è stato tutto al di sopra delle aspettative.
Se dovessi tornare a Monaco, riverrei sicuramente qui.
