Não gostei distante do centro, Achei péssimo a politica de entrada no hotel só depois das 15:00 isso não existe em lugar algum. o serviço do restaurante terrível caro e mal atendido.

Camas confortáveis, café da manhã bom.
Restaurante com comida boa.

Cons:

Agora cobram taxa para late check out, então você tem que avaliar se compensa pra você. Não são maleaveis, ou seja, você vai pagar independente do motivo pelo qual precisa sair mais tarde.
Um quesito importante: sua estadia será melhor se você não precisar do atendimento via WhatsApp, extremamente grosseiro e mau educado.

Não atendeu as expectativas

Café da manhã, limpeza, gentileza do vigilante da noite

Cons:

Recepção não informou o uso da internet. A internet não funciona em alguns modelos de celular, mas vc só descobre isso depois de várias tentativas e ir na portaria ouvir uma explicação que não justifica. Além da internet não funcionar no meu aparelho, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando nem a televisão. Depois de um tempo o guardião da noite foi até meu quarto configurar o ar condicionado e a televisão. Aliás, a tv só pega sinal aberto e imagem ruim. Acho que um estagiário em TI pode resolver o problema da internet e um curso de atendimento ao cliente pro pessoal da recepção seria interessante.
