Sorry nothing
Very tired , boiling hot despite a weather warning - very old fan put in room ! Contacted property through bookings they chose not to reply !
Good sized room with a comfortable bed. AC was a bonus.
Great location for exploring West Sussex
great location for an event at the showground with plenty of safe parking.
Very small room. But probably my fault as I didn't realise what is described as a 'standard double' on here is actually the hotels 'cosy double'.
Location. Comfy bed.
No rubber mat in very slippery shower
Cooked breakfast very overcooked, eggs like rubber and black around edges. Generally tasteless. Reception staff (1 in particular)
very surly
Great location and I loved the fresh air from the windows

Clean, comfortable well stocked room. Nice bar and restaurant. Excellent buffet breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of free parking.
Seating in the Bistro restaurant is a bit limited if you don’t want to watch the tv.
The bedroom was comfortable
On the 2nd night when my wife asked for tea it was in a cup with the teabag still in the mug while the 1st night when we asked for tea she received a pot of tea and also complimentary biscuits
Great hotel great bar staff and restaurant
The man on the reception was so miserable and rude not like the usual lady not impressed
I absolutely loved this place. The location is fantastic, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the breakfast was simply amazing. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
The only downside during my stay was the room on the first floor. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of noise day and night, which I believe came from the kitchen or refrigeration equipment. Also, the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to be working. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay.
Nice looking hotel
good breakfast
Hotel typique avec un charme anglais. Tout le confort et les commodités qu’on attend d’un hotel.
Good size room, comfortable bed, best benefit, Air Conditioning,
Selection of drinks at the bar, otherwise o k.
The communal rooms, the bar area and reception are lovely. The gentleman on reception was good
Our room was incredibly small for a double which meant that it was like a cauldron when we entered. We had to open both windows and prop the door open to let cooler air in. The fan provided was inadequate and we ended up bringing our own fan in from the car. I appreciate that you can do nothing about the weather, but I'm surprised no member of staff had noticed how bad it was and maybe passed this on. I also assumed the hotel was full, but judging by the car park I don't think that could have been the case, in which case a bigger room could have been used. The hotel is a good location for us and we were happy with our last visit so it was a shame this was such a difficult visit.
