Gammelt ærverdig hotell med fin og sentral beliggenhet.

le parking de l'hôtel était mal indiqué pour le trouver.
l'hôtel et le personne était formidable. seul défaut pas d'ascenseur met le cadre étant très beau (ancien château ou manoir) cela a été compensé par la gentillesse du personnel.

All is perfect

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and a lovely dinner in the restaurant one evening. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The courtyard, pool and other outside spaces were delightful to sit in.

What a wonderful historic building this is. Nice specious courtyard and pool area. Staff was so professional and friendly. Easy to store our bicycles in the parking garage.
Comfortable bedding and bathroom. Also the food in this restaurant is excellent. Don’t forget to try the soufflé it’s the best we have had ever! Breakfast great too. Would definitely stay here again as only 2 minute walk from the historic center.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage im Zentrum perfekt und dennoch ruhig. Mir hat der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war exquisit! Das Frühstück wurde individuell gerichtet, das finde ich lobenswert nachhaltig!

The property, pool and courtyard has been allowed to fall into disrepair. The pooo had mild all over the floor and the court yard around the pool area was filthy. The maintenance crew, left their equipment lying around to trip over and the pre swim shower system adjacent to the pool was not operational. All in all, a large letdown.

Mooi hotel met goed zwembad gebied in het centrum van het stadje. Echter, eenmaal op de kamer houd de luxe op. Zelden zulk slecht internet gehad, alleen het bed om op te zitten en oncomfortabel bed. Als de kamers goed waren geweest zou het geheel recht hebben gedaan aan de prijs maar de verhouding is wat mij betreft nu ver te zoeken

It’s hotel has a beautiful exterior, but the room we had was tiny - scarcely enough room for the bed and very poorly decorated. Feels like a hostel room but charges three star prices

The rooms need air conditioning esp with the hot weather now prevalent in Europe in the summer.

Beautiful property, restaurant, bar, pool etc. Rooms rather small.

Friendliness of staff. Location and character of buildings , pool , gardens etc.

Very small room would be fine but with no AC was very uncomfortable, also, no shower

Great location in centre of Lectoure. Beautiful old building and town. Only problem was that the room was tiny for a double room. Also we were given a room with a courtyard view rather than a "city view"or countryside view, which I suspect may have accounted for the small room.Only one night stay so didn't matter too much. Excellent evening meal.

Très bel endroit, un excellent accueil , nous avons dîner à l hôtel , bonne cuisine légère et raffinée.

We felt that customer service was not their first priority and when there was a problem with my meal it was very difficult to attract attention from any of the staff. At the end of the meal a man who I am not sure was the owner or manager came over to tell me that the problem with my meal was not the fault of the hotel and that they had replaced that dish. It felt as if he had meant to apologise but couldn't quite manage it and ended up being quite offensive. Also he was wearing a sweater and scarf when serving dinner, going in and out of the kitchen etc; not the most professional or hygienic pratice in my opinion. The drive into the hotel was very difficult with old narrow streets and sharp turns. The rooms were clean but very basic and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Also the room safe was not fixed to the wall. I think that probably the owners are trying to do a good job but could do with some customer service training.

Very nice hotel with an amazing restaurant. If you're staying in Lectoure, this is definitely a nice place to stay at !
