Pros:

Viešbutukas jaukus, lokalizacija puiki. Patogumai puikūs.

Cons:

Įvyko nesusikalbėjimas registruojantis. Viešbučio darbuotoja apiformino mano įsiregistravimą, jai iškart pasakiau, kad užsakyta per booking.com. sumokėjau, išvažiuodama pasiėmiau sąskaitą faktūrą, nes vykau darbo reikalais. Grįžusi pamačiau booking grasinančią žinutę, kad reiks sumokėti užsakymo sumą, nes viešbutis pranešė, jog aš neatvykau... Šokas. Nežinau, kuo baigsis. Kai registravausi, suprateu, kad darbuotoja sunkiai kalba lietuviškai. Tai jei ji nesuprato, kieno kaltė? Nemalonūs įspūdžiai per visą laiką, kiek naudojuosi booking. Dar neaišku, kaip baigsis...

Buona esperienza nel complesso
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, vicina alla stazione dei treni e dei bus e si arriva a piedi in centro
Ambiente carino e camera confortevole, abbastanza ampia e tutto molto pulito
Staff cordiale
Servizio deposito bagagli
Colazione molto buona e varia, un pochino carente la parte dolce ma c’è un po’ di tutto

Cons:

Grossa pecca il letto, molto scomodo, il materasso della nostra camera era sottilissimo e sfondato

Bardzo dobre miejsce dla osób, które intensywnie zwiedzają Wilno i okolice
Pros:

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, piechotą z dworca blisko i do atrakcji turystycznych także krótki spacer. Śniadanie bez uwag, niezły wybór. Jeśli chodzi o czystość w pokojach to również na wysokim poziomie. Blisko też do sklepów czy kawiarni.

Jak dla mnie trochę za mało oświetlenia, ale to kwestia gustu
