Nice place
No microwave , no 24 hrs coffee or tea
I booked this hotel because it was walkable to Canada’s Wonderland, which it might be but not for a family with small kids. We took a taxi to and from Canada’s Wonderland which cost in total 35 dollars. You might consider a shuttle service for families travelling to Canada’s Wonderland. And your hotel does not do room service. This is a problem for families with people with exceptional needs.

The room was clean except there was food in the fridge and an old coffee filter in the coffee pot. This really soured the experience
Beds were comfy. Location was very good.
Pool water was too cold to get in as a senior. The remote control in the room has been used too much and doesn’t change channels very well.

The pool is small, no free breakfast and would have liked the make up wipes and towels to be restocked our second day.

The hotel has a swimming lesson school running lessons out of their pool on Sunday. It was awkward and uncomfortable to swim with my family while little kids were learning to swim in a formal "swim school" setting. The swim school took over most of the area -- parents in lounge chairs at one end and the table at the other set up with their tablecloth and activities. When I shared my concern with the front desk, I wasn't listened to. I expected to hear, "I understand this is not ideal, and I will share your concern with our management." Instead the hotel staff were rude asking "well what do you want me to do about it?" One person left conversation with another customer to engage in the conversation I was having with another staff, and then I was berated by the customer she was serving. They allowed this and when I left the desk the hotel staff mocked me and said "well, BYYYYYYE." It cost me 400.00 per night with taxes and fees. I should be able to use the pool without feeling uncomfortable and I should have been respected by the front desk.

Very clean. Great location.
Bed was saved in the middle. No blind on the one large window. So slleeping was like having all the lights on . Someone had to know the blind was broken. Also you couldn’t turn the bathroom light on without lighting up half the room at night. Terrible experience. Not much sleep.
