Pros:

Tout le personnel fait l'effort de parler anglais si vous ne parlez pas espagnol. Et il est super accueillant. L'hôtel est proche du centre de Madrid ( 5 min à pied de la place Mayor) et d'un station de métro.

Emplacement central, tout est faisable à pied..Chambre très calme., propre,bien conçu ( pas d'ouverture de fenêtre sur l'extérieur mais on savait, clim fonctionne bien ), produits de toilette au top )literie confortableet propre..Personnel très sympathique, professionnel, au petits soins, souriant.
