Pros:

Great location to walk the waterfront watch the sunset. Felt like everything was near by. Awesome staff so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Value hotel
Pros:

The help from the staff when I was sick and needed a quiet room to rest better, was immediately transferred to a room in the back side of the hotel

Cons:

Front side - always noisy at all time, mind that there's no good sound isolation of the windows, so you'll hear noisy traffic all night. Other than that, yes, the hotel is dated, needs some cleaning and renovation

Le Mall Suria au pied de l’hôtel
La jetée pour le départ des excursions 5mn à pied
Bien que je n’ai pas apprécié le night market, il est à environ 10mn à pied
Le marché philippin pour les petits souvenirs (bonne négociation 😃)

Cons:

La salle de bain est très sale
Petit déjeuner très peu variés
