Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay here.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The bathroom is also large and spotless.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The food is always delicious with a good variety of options.
The location is not far from the city center and only about 30 minutes from the airport.

Lovely staycations for 2 nights! The rooms were quite clean and spacy. They fulfilled my request. Also, all of the staffs (front desk, breakfast frontliner, cleaning service) were all really helpful, serving with smiles! and kind. Really had a great moment here!

I stayed here for my birthday staycation and it was a wonderful experience. They gave me little surprises like a slice of cake and a birthday mirror decoration. Thank you to Mr. Alvin for making the mirror art, it was very nice and cute. Thank you. Check-in and check-out process were quick, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay for my birthday.

Stayed at ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya recently and had a really great experience overall.

The room was surprisingly very spacious, much bigger than most hotels in this price range. The bed was comfortable, the room layout felt modern, and the large windows made the space feel bright and relaxing. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day.

Service was also good, staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Considering the room size, location, and comfort, the price feels very reasonable and definitely worth it.

Overall, a comfortable, stylish, and affordable hotel in Surabaya. Would happily stay here again.

this has to be the most comfy hotel that i have ever visit in Surabaya, bakalann kesinii terus sih kedepan nya kalo ke Surabaya lagi, agak kaget pas tau cmn 4 star hotel.. kirain bintang 5... terlebih, staff front office nya ramah banget dan untuk GRO nya u did ur job very well, no wonder u got that position, u deserve it! best hotel in Surabaya so far!!!

A stylish and comfortable hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a warm artistic vibe. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in assisting Alvin and Dena. Strategic location and overall a pleasant, memorable stay.

My Experience at Artotel

Pluses:
- The staff were definitely very friendly.
- Breakfast was quite varied. Taste really depends on your preference, but the combo of lodeh manisa with fish was kind of unusual—still, it turned out delicious.
- Facilities were good, the room was spacious and fairly clean.
- The coffee machine was super helpful, especially since I love americanos.

Minuses:
- The shower in room 818 was broken, the water came out way too strong. It honestly felt like showering under the Coban Rondo waterfall.
- A new experience for me: when I asked for ice cubes, Room Service said I’d have to pay extra. That was a bit surprising, since in most hotels I’ve stayed at in Surabaya, ice has always been free. Maybe I’m just too used to free ice.

Overall:
I still really enjoyed my stay at Artotel. My kid especially loved the new experience of soaking in the bathtub while watching TV.

The lounge and restaurant areas offer a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Breakfast selection was varied with satisfactory quality. The overall atmosphere reflects an artsy concept that appeals to couples who appreciate design and creativity.
The experience and facilities provided are well aligned with its four-star rating. The hotel’s artistic concept adds significant value to the overall stay.
The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Surabaya, providing easy access to culinary spots, shopping areas, and entertainment venues. It is suitable for both relaxed itineraries and city exploration.
Some public areas feature bold visual themes. While visually attractive, they may feel slightly overwhelming for guests who prefer a more minimalistic or calm atmosphere.
On certain evenings, the music volume in public areas was a bit high, which could affect guests seeking a very quiet environment.

It was last minutes booking. Since i had rescheduled flight from the airlines. But the hotel could help me with the early check in. All staff are friendly. The security also kind. He help me with my bagage from the car.
