Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location is one of the best features: it is near the Sarawak River and on the edge of the business district, yet still an economical option. Clean rooms with good space. Nearby shops and convenience stores make staying comfortable when travelling with family. The breakfast spread is nice and has reasonable options for vegetarians. Grab is available all the time, and you can easily shuttle back and forth from other places in the city.

Cons:

If you need vegetarian options, there aren't many nearby, and you'll need to order through Grab or go to the business district, which isn't too far.

Patiko maistas, labai paslaugus personalas ir švara. Vieta patogi, galima pėsčiomis pasiekti visas įžymiausias miesto vietas. Restorane gaminama nuostabi vakarienė.

Cons:

Kambaryje mažokai vietos, norėtųsi erdvesnio kambario. Tačiau ne visi kambariai tokie maži, draugai už tą pačią kainą turėjo gerokai erdvesnius kambarius. Tačiau kainos/kokybės santykis labai geras.

Good location, shame about the lack of windows in the room

Great location by the riverside

Cons:

Our room had no (external) windows which wasn’t clear when I booked it. Worth checking. Rooms are also on the small side

Gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal, aber unbedingt Zimmer mit Fenster nehmen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in guter Lage und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen (nur ein Fenster zum Flur hin, das man nicht öffnen konnte) und da war die Luftzufuhr relativ schlecht und es war stickig.

Nearly perfect
Pros:

Excellent spacious room, staff wonderful, breakfast very good

Cons:

More drawers needed for clothes. Plenty of space available for this in our Executive room. We were staying for one week for a wedding and had to live out of our suitcases.
