Buen hotel con trato profesional
Pros:

Limpieza total, cumple con lo esperado. Habitación amplia, cómoda. Trato serio pero profesional en la recepción. Localización buena cerca del resto de grandes hoteles de la ciudad.

Cons:

Alguna opción más en el desayuno y algún servicio complementario más (gimnasio/piscina) estarían bien.

Overall a great stay! The staff were gracious. The location is central and price is very reasonable!

Central location and a very large room

Cons:

My room faced the main street and at times traffic could be heard, especially cars with loud mufflers. But I sleep with ear plugs. Breakfast was good, though there in-house restaurant was closed for renovations.

Pros:

Centre to all interest places in Kuching especially near to Waterfront. Easy to get food and beverage. Breakfast was good, they served Laksa Sarawak and the taste was marvelous.

Great location & very good breakfast.

Cons:

I liked my room, but if I stayed again I’d ask for an inside room. The city view, street side view, was very very noisy. Ear plugs definitely required if you want to sleep.
