I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos a pie por al lado del río en un paseo que merece la pena. El hotel estaba muy bien, la atención era de 10 y todo era nuevo.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the room we were assigned. Although the staff told us it had a city view, it did not. The room was also quite small, the towels were yellowish, the pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door was locked. We asked if we could be moved to a room with a city view, but our request was ignored.

On the positive side, the buffet was excellent and was the best part of our stay.
