Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view from the units is exceptional, however it is on top of a hill so keep that in mind if you intend on travelling here without a car - one of our family members had some mobility issues so we ended up taking a lot of taxis. The staff were exceptional and offered to bring a golf cart down to help transport people and our bags on our arrival and departure. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a little getaway with the kids
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and the pool was great.

Cons:

Accomodation could had been cleaner. Kitchen cabinets were dirty and under the couch. But nothing a quick wipe myself couldn’t fix.

Due to the above reasons i would expect some sort of remuneration,
Pros:

large apartment with spectacular veiws, well appointed kitchen

Cons:

No air conditioners were working in the large main living areas and therefore was quite hot as the whole front of the apartment was glass with no curtains and therfore very prone to heat. I contacted staff and they did not want to help. I again contacted staff as the microwave was in a locked state and again no help was given. Because of the non functional AC in both large living areas we had to leave bedroom doors open to try to cool the apartment which it did not do effectively. The bedrooms were then extra cold of which only a light blanket was given for each bedroom which was not sufficient. The photos of the apartment showed a spa on the balcony, which it did not have.

Stunning views but challenging walk to/from town, not for non-active people.

Nice apartment with stunning views.

Cons:

Unaware of how steep the access roads were to the property, especially when walking. I believe it is overpriced, as the main draw is the views, $250-275AUD would be a more realistic price.

The view was amazing. Was picture perfect even with the weather a little gloomy. Location was spot on with it being close to Airlie CBD and amenities.

Cons:

The staff were virtually non-existent. We arrived on Easter Friday and were not provided with any information on how to access our room keys. When we called the listed phone number, the male staff member we spoke with seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. He was rude while we were trying to explain that we had received no communication regarding key collection.

The website stated that the pool was heated; however, it was cold, and the spa was not working. The room where the pool chemicals are stored was left open and accessible, which posed a safety risk to our children.

The unit itself was in poor condition. There was mould on the lounge room curtains, the bedroom smoke alarm was incorrectly located in the kitchen, and there were missing fan switches and broken door hinges. The walls and floors were dirty, and one bathroom had no soap. The fans were also dirty, and the main bathroom shower was loose.

Additionally, parking was inadequate, the intercom to the unit did not work, and the kitchen sink tap was broken, only functioning on one setting.
