Convenient stay op een rustige locatie
Pros:

Locatie was goed met handige voorzieningen. Onze deluxe kamer was voorzien van een complete keuken, wasmachine, eigen terras. Overdekte parking beschikbaar. Daarnaast hadden we een zwembad dichtbij met bar/restaurant.

Cons:

Onze koffie-apparaat was defect, we konden niet gelijk een andere krijgen dus hebben we bij de buren geleend. Je krijgt niet standaard een haarfohn, strijkijzer en extra kamersleutel, die kun je wel vragen bij de receptie. Er is geen deurhanger voor room service. Onze kamersleutel deed het een paar keer niet, daarvoor moesten we elke keer terug naar de receptie. Onze kamer airco koelde niet, maar we hadden gelukkig wel de airco van de woonkamer.

HoZi-Bewertung The Ritz

Es ist kein Hotel sondern ein Hostel (siehe mein Foto was öfters bewertet wurde  und mein Fazit am Ende). Bitte nicht täuschen lassen von den Außenbilder und Namenszusatz „Village“, denn das sind die Residenten Zimmer. Es gibt auch  Einzelzimmer. Vom 18.06.-28.06.26 war ich hier. Das Internet ist täglich mehrmals für einige Minuten unterbrochen. Und wenn viele Gäste da sind oder alle WiFi-Fernseher eingeschaltet sind, dann wird es schlimm. Die Zimmer sind einfach und spartanisch eingerichtet; großes Bett, kleiner Schrank, kleiner Tisch, Minikochecke und Kühlschrank; nur Betonboden ohne Teppich.

Die Dusche hat keine Handbrause sondern nur eine fest montierte Brause. Die Wassertemperatur ist nicht einstellbar; nur Hahn auf oder zu. Der Wasserdruck schwankt sehr bis soweit, das kein Wasser kommt. Von 10-15/16 Uhr und ab 22 Uhr gibt es gar kein warmes Wasser. Handtücher werden nur alle 3 Tage ausgetauscht.

Das Personal ist nicht sehr gastfreundlich und man fühlt sich als Bittsteller. Rezeption ist ein offener Raum und Stehschalter.

Pool (es gibt 2) und Poolbar (1) sind sehr gut. Es gibt Steckdosen direkt am Tresen. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Preise sind human. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber häufig mit ihrem Smartphone beschäftigt oder quatschen miteinander, so das man lange auf Service warten muß. Frühstück ist ebenfalls in der Poolbar von 7-10 Uhr und kostet 21$, was bei der geringen Auswahl zu teuer ist. Auf dem Gelände gibt es auch eine Autovermietung, die aber ein Drittel teurer ist.

Fazit: wer günstig und zentral ohne Ansprüche ein Zimmer braucht, für den ist es akzeptabel. Wer mehr Qualität und Service will, kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

De ruime kamer en slaapkamer met groot balkon.

Cons:

Twee televisies aanwezig in het appartement. Allereerst de televisie in de woonkamer vervangen wegens defecten.
Nieuwe geïnstalleerd maar onbeduidende programma's te zien. In ieder geval geen wereldkampioenschappen voetbal. ??? en dat terwijl Curaçao en Nederland meededen. Televisie slaapkamer kon alleen bediend worden met een android telefoon die we niet hadden. Apple niet mogelijk.

Wel ok maar ook niet meer dan dat.

De kamers waren best achterhaald en niet goed onderhouden.
Er bleef bv water in de douche staan. Ventilatie in de badkamer zonder horrengaas. Veel tropen miertjes. Kier onder de deur.
Hele terrein geasfalteerd.

Overall, it was very good, pleasant, quiet, hospitable, comfortable, and peaceful.

I appreciated the excellent location, the easy access to the city's main points of interest, and the quality and availability of the services offered by the hotel

Cons:

What I didn't like was the lack of a curtain on the balcony; there was only the bedroom curtain. Also, in the bathroom, when the shower was used with higher water pressure, water would leak under the shower screen and wet the rest of the bathroom. Installing a seal to prevent this issue would be important

Kaily é super atenciosa, super cortes. Localização excelente. Piscinas são muito boas. Flexíveis em relação ao check-in e check-out. Estacionamento amplo.

Cons:

Fotografias NÃO condizem com a realidade encontrada. Agua somente quente. Informam praia privada, não localizada. Na marcação da reserva, nao tem fotos para escolha. Tem acomodação que a cama fica em um mezanino, mas solicitei a troca e a efetuaram, pois só vimos isto na chegada. Em momento algum conseguimos saber como seriam as instalações .

I don't like the sofa. they put in the description loundry machine, but they charge extra for the detergent! and the view it is nice but not to the city. and the breakfats was't to good for the extra amount that we paid.
