The Ritz Village Hotel

The property was clean but a microwave would have been useful

Great affordable stay. Here's a quick review breaking down a few things:

1) The hotel was at full capacity during my stay but it didn't feel overwhelming.

2) You can get a vehicle to move around the island however public transport is very reliable and Punda is close to quite a lot.

3) Staff are pretty good- especially the staff I interacted with- Kazie, Aldrich, Russel & Steffania were all really interactive and pleasant.

4) Housekeeping is good- fresh towels at your request.

5) Food from the restaurant is decent as well.

Overall a quite enjoyable stay. No complaints.

It's located in a very convenient location close to Punda and Otrabanda. Workers are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Hotel is quiet and peaceful. Whether you are here for work or fun, it's provides the environment you require.
It has 2 pools, wherein 1 pool area has a bar and restaurant with choices of bar, table or poolside seating.
Also bare in mind the hotel has 2 sections. One newly built with modern amenities and the other is a renovated historical building (a former packaging factory).
Highly recommend. So choose which side suits you best

I had a such a good time and it was very easy to get around and definitely felt safe and will go again! Also the property was so clean and the staff was very friendly!

All staff and employees very courteous and friendly. Simple but fun evening vibes right at the Ritz Village, absolutely beautiful pool.

The reception give great customer service, really love the idea of the ice cream when you check in. The property is very clean and update, the cleaning ladies was very nice. Highly recommend ritz village to anyone, staff always willing to help you.

Inside the gates it's very safe and nice, however the neighborhood the property is in is full of dilapidated homes. Not a deal breaker because many of the buildings on the island look like this. Still a beautiful property and very well kept. The architecture in the area is amazing. My only gripe is that there is no hot water at times in the room I stayed. Otherwise my stay was perfect.

Kelly at the front desk was amazing. Excellent service from the wholle staff , quiet and relaxing would definatly return

It was clean however shower was old. Should have some mats in front of bed seeing that rooms are not carpeted

Beautiful place with nice balcony

This is a whole complex with all sorts of rooms. It’s like someone constructed a resort in the middle of the city. Check in was flawless, the AC remote and bathroom light didn’t work and were fixed within minutes.

The rooms are so spacious. They are literally studio apartments. I will be staying here every time I’m in Curaçao. It’s located in a hip part of town (Scharloo) with a 10 minute, safe, walk to Punda and Pietermaai.

The place is nice, nice view great pool and very friendly waiters and bartenders. they are quite knowledgeable on mixing great drinks.

Very nice in all areas, the food the drinks the hotel itself clean and people very welcoming. Great time.
