Pros:

1. Room walls are thin. You could hear people walking while you are trying to get some sleep.
2. Water pressure from the shower is annoyingly low!
3. Parking is hard to find because many people in that area.

Pros:

The staff showed poor attitude when i was staying at there. I told the staff i have booked 2 rooms in Hotels.com, he asked me whether i went for wrong hotel (He not willing to check their booking list. Also, this hotel provides timing service for those need 1 or 2 hours to finish their adult business...

Exactly What I Needed
Pros:

I needed a clean, cheap, easy to find room while I stayed the night between airports in Kuala Lumpur. JJ Hotel is very near SZB airport, so it made making the early flight easy. There were many restaurants nearby, and it seemed like a decent part of town. Don't interpret the 100% rating to mean it's a 5 star hotel - it's definitely budget. But it's clean, cheap, and convenient, so you can't ask for anything else. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. I'm very happy and will stay there again.

Budget for the single traveler
Pros:

Good and cheap for short stay. Good place as the food / facilities abounds in SS2 district. No windows for my unit in such a shophouse converted hotel. Water shower is not working well. Reception is friendly - Overall the hotel is as expected for a budget hotel.
