Hollywood Casino & Hotel

They only let you do early check-in through their app, even if you’re there 10 minutes before your check-in time. The app didn’t even work for me and it took me longer to try to figure it out then it would have for them to just check me in when I got there. The rooms are so outdated, the water doesn’t even get hot in the bathroom and the water pressure is terrible, otherwise everything was fine.

The room was awesome for the price. It was clean and the staff was all pleasant. It was an easy, all indoor, walk to the casino.

The room was clean and nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom shower was great. Room was quiet even though there was a wedding party next door.

Great location in our travels

Wasn't offered breakfast bar. This was my second time staying in 4 weeks and wasn't offered breakfast either time but overall the stay and conditions were good.

Great gambling. A little smokey, ff smoke bothers you. Great live band on Friday night. Very enjoyable

Stinky dirty has ro change rooms because it was hair on sheets.

Staff could care less about helping me .. very indifferent. Place reaked of smoke from casino and my room was dusty with spiders and webs up in ceiling. No maid service between first and second nights . Was charged a “ hotel amenity “ fee each night and had to laugh. No coffee, pool, valet, a working phone or shuttle service as they advertised. I heard rumors from people in town that a lot of escorts use this hotel and come in and out by the hour I did see some pretty shady looking women.

Booked through Hotels.com when I arrived at 3:45 was told that I would have to wait until 4:00 to check in or it would be considered an early checking and there is a $15.00 fee. I waited, once I attempted to check in was told that my reservation had been canceled and I would need to take it up with Hotels.com.I showed my confirmation. No Help I had to scramble and find another Hotel in the area. DO Not Wast you time with this outdated dirty Hotel.

We just did a 1 night stay celebrating our anniversary. Hotel staff went beyond routine. They helped me with flower delivey to our room before we arrived! Room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff was professional. What i didn't like was if you were buying more than one drink the others you were buying for had to be with you and they do not sell doubles. And the shots were about half the size of a normal one. Very pricey.

The ESPN bar had excellent food and great service. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. The building and furniture, fixtures are just showing age.

The room was clean!!!
