Pros:

The restaurant staff and the grounds staff were really pleasant

Cons:

The service was not up to expectation neither was the facilities. We also saw no Turtles when this is advertised as a place to see turtles around this time of year.

Pour un séjour au calme.
Pros:

Le complexe hôtelier est bien situé dans une zone peu peuplée de la Dominique, beau parc bien arboré et soigné. Personnel sympathique et dispo. Piscine ou rivière car mer pas propice à la baignade.

Séjour reposant dans un cadre magnifique en pleine nature
Pros:

Cadre magnifique et très reposant, bel établissement, belles chambres et tout est très propre le complexe est très bien entretenu

Cons:

Temps d’attente au restaurant trop long jamais moins d’une heure avant d’être servis après une commande, les repas pourraient être améliorés et personnel mitigé certains très accueillants d’autres pas du tout même pas un sourire et aucun effort si vous ne parlez pas anglais

Joli hôtel confortable au calme, mais accueil et organisation du restaurant à revoir
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse confortable et propre. Grande penderie. Literie confortable. Jolie piscine. Peu de chaises longues avec des coussins malheureusement. Endroit calme et reposant. Grandes terrasses devant les chambres. Plats du restaurant très bien
L'hôtel est bien situé sur l'île pour les visites des cascades et autres point d'intérêts "nature"

Cons:

Le restaurant devrait améliorer son accueil au bar, parfois limite impoli, avec l'impression de déranger, et le service est très lent. Restaurant dit "gastronomique", qui ne l'est pas, même s'il propose des plats différents des autres lieux de restauration. On y mange très bien par contre.

Relaxing and exhilarating at the same time
Pros:

Everything! The staff were wonderful, the dramatic beach amazing. The gardens beautifully maintained and absolutely gorgeous. The pool was great, with a pool bar and restaurant and good sunbeds. The food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, sorting out alternative vegan options for me.
The room was huge and so comfortable with amazing views over the ocean. The spa was so tranquil and we had the best massage ever. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and it was easy to organise trips. The whale watching trip was magical!

Worth it!
Pros:

Dirty Dancing looking Hotel but in such a lovely relaxing way, wonderful jungle surrounding, everything clean and restaurant serves decent food! Beautiful beach to have a morning walk, we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

The room was very large and comfortable. It was nice to hear the ocean. Pool was lovely but we happen to be there during lots of rain so little to do.

Cons:

It is very remote so the only option is to eat at their restaurant. Their restaurant was good but so many times we were told “we don’t have that” it was very frustrating. We were there for 3 days and the menu didn’t change.

Grande et belle chambre, piscine agréable, possibilité de faire quelques randonnées dans une nature vierge, propreté de la chambre et des abords, calme; centre de massage

Cons:

En contraste avec d'autres établissements sur l'ile,le personnel semblait plus crispé. Pour le lieu, la piscine ne compense pas l'impossibilité de se baigner dans l'Atlantique. Peu de solutions pour se restaurer à proximité en dehors du resort.
