Your perfect spot in Split.
Pros:

It was so comfortable and pretty .....great staff. The location was absolutely perfect. A little hard to find at first, so have it on your phone before you head out.

Cons:

The breakfast and coffee machine was wonderful....only thing I would ask is to make the dishes that are supposed to be served hot, be served hot. My only gripe.

Good location
Pros:

Property location is fantastic inside Diocletians palace. Breakfast was varied and good.

Cons:

This is not a four star hotel. Many details are missed in cleaning and service: our room wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived, room keys were constantly getting demagnetized, communication among staff was poor etc. I was also concerned about how to exit the property in an emergency given that there is no stairwell - only an elevator to get all the way out of the hotel in the side of the building our room was on.

Great location but there are a few downsides
Pros:

The hotel location was superb, the room was spotless, it was cleaned every day breakfast was fine, the staff were very helpful. My flight was leaving very late and they let me use a office to change clothes and freshen up. There was also English, French and German stations on the TV which was a nice touch!

Cons:

Important to note that the hotel is located within the walls of the palace so taxis xannot drop you to the door and google maps is patchy because of the thick walls in the palace so it was tricky to find (particularly as I arrived at 11pm!) At weekends the street behind the hotel is noisy until c.12pm (there is a restaurant there!). I travelled solo and the deadlock on my room door didnt work but luckily I had brought a separate lock. The room I was staying in was a family room which was perfectly adequate for maybe a couple but any more would have been very claustrophobic.

Sijainti erinomainen. Sängyt patjat vaatii jo päivitystä. Poreamme oli plussaa.

Cons:

Miinuksia aamupalasta. Lämpimät ruoat oli haaleita, ellei kylmiä. Leivät olivat koppuroita ja pieniä patongin tyylisiä. Juustot ja makkarat olivat lämpimässä, ilman viilennystä ja sen huomasi jo ulkonäöstä. Makeat aamupalat olivat joko kuivahtaneita tai esim. crepes olivat viileitä. Aamupala miljöö ei liiemmin pisteitä nosta.

Lokacija na prvom mestu, u starom gradu. Autobuska stanica je 500m udaljena. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno.

Emplacement incroyable. Hôtel dans le centre de la vielle ville, très charmant. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture à 5 minutes a pieds de l'hôtel grâce a une place de parking organisé par l'hôtel.

We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving, het mooie weer en de hele fijne uitstappen.
Pros:

De ligging is perfect. Midden in het oude stadsgedeelte en vlak bij de Riva, goede restaurants, gezellige bars,...

Cons:

Onze kamer was niet echt oké. De twee stopcontacten naast het bed werkten niet. We hebben dit 2 x gemeld, werd niet opgelost. De douche was niet zoals het hoort. Hij hangt op schouderhoogte plat tegen de muur dus je kan er niet onder gaan staan. Aan de lavabo was een afgebroken zeepbakje. Het ontbijt was totaal niet zoals op de foto's, veel beperkter. De eerste dag 10 potjes vervallen yoghurt. Het aanbod fruit was heel beperkt. Verschillende dagen enkel sinaasappelen. Brood was enkel wat stukjes stokbrood, niet anders van brood. Heel veel zoetigheid, zo goed als geen hartig aanbod dus ook weer helemaal niet zoals te zien op jullie website.

Decepcionante
Pros:

La variedad del desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación no me gustó para nada, mobiliario y decoración vieja. El baño tenía una cortina vieja y rota. Reservé la habitación 500 que en teoría tenía 2 dormitorios pero el de los chicos era como un altillo que no podían ni pararse ni tenían ventana. Las instalaciones del rooftop también viejas y rotas.
Teníamos vuelo a la madrugada, hablamos con 2 mujeres de la recepción para pedir que nos armen una box con algo para comer y nunca le avisaron a la chica que estaba a la madrugada. No volvería ni loca a este hotel ni lo recomendaría tampoco. La ubicación tampoco me gustó. Están restaurando todo por ahí y está lleno de andamios. Mejor dormir fuera del palacio sin dudas.

Not cleaned, 2 beds in an attic and really rude staff.

The staff were really rude. I booked the premium suite and their room had a queen bed but the other 2 beds were in an attic which doesn’t show on the pictures, I had massive balls of dust laying next to the bed, everything in the balcony was not cleaned, honestly such a disappointment. The location was incredible though.
