The Centre of It All
Pros:

Receptionist was ultra friendly on check-in and the entire staff was friendly throughout the stay; if you want to be in centre of Split it comes with a bit of an adventure because online maps may not be able to fully point out where you should go so there will be a bit of luck in finding the most efficient route on 1st try; comfy bed; I certainly would not overpay for it, but based on price point on this occasion, I would stay there again

Cons:

The breakfast items that were supposed to be warm or preferably borderline hot were borderline cold on at least 2 mornings which sadly forced me to steer clear of that part of the breakfast room; the rest of the breakfast items that didn't need heat to enjoy were excellent; the shower head seemed to be faulty; generally speaking I don't like a step up or down out of bathroom, but this building is in an ancient part of the city - you just have to roll with some things; the room was bit cluttered for the space provided

Lovely hotel in the heart of Old Town Split.
Pros:

We stayed here in May 2026. The hotel is on one of the small alley ways within the Old Town area of Split. It seems a bit intimidating to find at first but I was able to do it after a slight misdirection. Once you find it, it's easy to find from there on. Our room was near the top and overlooked the restaurant in the courtyard. We didn't have any issues with noise. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The towel warmer didn't work but otherwise all else was very good. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety.

From the hotel, you are a few mins of walking to the many things to see and do in Old Town Split. We really enjoyed this beautiful town.

Well below the standards of a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

Has a 4 star rating but feels like a 2 star. Facilities are poor with a ridiculous breakfast room which is then rented to another restaurant for lunch and dinner. Our first room had faulty air conditioning, broken shower head and a fan in the bathroom that was so loud you had to close the door at all times. We then were moved to another room which needed a lot of repairs and again our shower was leaking but not fixed. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No water in rooms for guests. Paper slippers.

Comfortable hotel in great location in the heart of Diocletian's Palace
Pros:

A really good stay at Jupiter Heritage Hotel. Excellent location in the heart of Diocletian's Palace and very close to the Temple of Jupiter. The whole area is traffic free with easy walking to bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were great; I have some mobility issues and the staff were really helpful with any assistance I needed. The hotel has modern lifts to every floor, which I found very useful.

Le petit déjeuner et l’emplacement

Cons:

Matelas vieux et creux. Équipements mal maintenus (chasse d eau, rideaux etc). Chambre trop petite. Pas d insonorisation. Jacuzzi sur le toit froid et dysfonctionnel, trop vieux.
