Cons:

Choose this hotel as it said it had a lift and that staff would assist with luggage as we were travelling with an older relative with mobility issues. There was a lift but there was then stairs that had to be climbed. No assistance with luggage in the hotel or to and from the transport.
Staff member on arrival wasn't very helpful. Lady on second day was lovely and much more helpful.
We had the family room, view spectacular area with single beds badly set up kept hitting head.

FABULOUS hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location within the palace walls. Beautiful room,. Very clean and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lavish and delicious

Cons:

Since cars are not allowed inside the walled city (there’s no way they would fit anyway) pack light and know how to use google maps to find your way through the labyrinth of narrow stone streets

On est loin d'un 4*, même si la localisation est top et le personnel agréable.
Pros:

Super localisation, et personnel agréable.

Cons:

Chambre petite et encombrée, équipée de deux lits simples exigus, peu adaptée pour deux adultes. Le rangement est quasi inexistant : une seule étagère pour les vêtements (insuffisante pour 2 personnes) et aucun espace pour poser ou stocker les valises.

L'équipement est vraiment minimal : pas de lampes de chevet, une seule prise électrique disponible pour charger ses appareils, pas de mouchoirs dans la salle de douche, pas de chausse-pied. Les petits conforts habituellement attendus dans un 4 étoiles sont absents.

Le réveil a été brutal : chaque matin vers 6h30, le personnel installe le petit-déjeuner dans l'espace adjacent en traînant bruyamment tables et chaises sur le sol, en parlant fort. Notre chambre étant au premier étage, juste à côté, les odeurs de cuisine envahissaient également la pièce. Difficile de se reposer sereinement.

Le wifi fonctionnait de manière aléatoire.

Côté petit-déjeuner, la sélection est correcte (sucré, salé, fruits), mais le café est vraiment mauvais, il n'y a pas de jus frais et les omelettes ne sont pas disponibles (seulement des oeufs brouillés au buffet).

En résumé : un rapport qualité-prix difficile à justifier au vu du confort et du niveau de service proposés. À réserver uniquement si la localisation est primordiale et si l'on n'est pas sensible au bruit le matin.

Äusserst empfehlenswert für die Stadt und ausserhalb der Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage, perfekt ausserhalb der Stadt, ohne Lärm. Zum Frühstück draussen sitzend und den Sonnenaufgang entgegensehen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist leider optional, aber lecker.

Disappointing. Staff very good assisting with issues.
Cons:

Room was very small with too much furniture. Fridge did not work. We brought this to the staff's attention and we were moved to another larger room. Again fridge not working. TV was also not working. For a 4 star hotel, not great.

Erg centrale ligging midden in het oude centrum, simpel maar goed ontbijt, erg vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers!
