Das Zimmer war leider dreckig und teilweise schimmelig. Auch das Personal wirkte an diesem Tag unmotiviert und desinteressiert.

Da ich Frühstück inklusive hatte, aber vor der Frühstückszeit abreisen musste, fragte ich nach einem Mitnahmepaket. Dieses bestand lediglich aus zwei Flaschen Wasser, einem trockenen Brötchen ohne Belag und einem Apfel. Insgesamt sehr schwach und enttäuschend.

Меню ресторана...заказывали несколько блюд...и всегда все было вкусно...

Cons:

Уборка номера...при заселении весь пол был усыпан волосами...подошли на ресепшен сказали об этом...результат "ноль"...
В душевой кабине слив не работал должным образом...за 2 мин.вода была по щиколодку, что доставляло дискомфорт и уходила полностью только в течении 10 мин.

Pros:

Breakfast was awful lack of choice and items ran out
Reception no one spoke English
No drink limited choice in cafe.
Rooms smelly old dated bathroom knackered bed uncomfortable no English stations on tv

Alright for a short stay
Pros:

Very helpful staff! I could hear very loud music at night in my room and staff assisted me very quickly and found a different room. Clean sheets and towels, quite comfortable bed, daily cleaning

Cons:

Even if the superficial cleaning was okay (clean sheets and towels), the hotel could use a deep cleaning - it seems it hasn't been properly cleaned in years. Dirty elevator and doors, moldy shower, chairs with cigarette marks on them - there is definitely room improvement. Plus the AC did not really work after I changed the room
