Best beach ever, this hotel access to next door hotel beach, hotel needs a renovation.....

Great location although not a beach front is great located walkabke to nearby beach fronts. Staff is the best, very approachable, caring. Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and has all you need. Recommended.

Hotel front desk staff were excellent. Very helpful when we experienced problems with our transportation company and needed to make last minute arrangements. Wish NH had more properties in the USA as we would love to stay with them more!

I did not like the breakfast and the fact that they charge a "resort fee". Although it was disclosed at the time that I made the reservation, it still bothers me that hotels are doing this.

Been to this hotel plenty of time and every time I go the service is better the staff is super friendly I fully recommend this hotel for a business or a short stay

The location was good for me because the intention of my trip. I wasn't able to visit the beach but I understand is good. The breakfast is good, diverse options. There was something weird with the air conditioning, some times it gets extremely cold and some other not that much, it looks like a thermostat issue. They can improve the pillows for a better experience.

Quality as expected from NH worldwide. Separate bathroom/toilet really appreciated. Air conditioning too cold and difficult to adjust. Extra blanket in cabinet came in handy.

We stayed at the NH hotel on vacation this last week and overall was a pretty good experience. The staff was friendly but there was very little interaction. The food was good and there was quite a variety. The rooms were very nice and had a comfortable bed. You are able to use the pool/beach area for the surrounding sister hotel and it was beautiful.

Not enough perks for the price you have to pay plus it’s non inclusive not worth it .

We decided to stay here for our honeymoon instead of a resort. Check it was great. Jose was very welcoming and spoke excellent english. We had to pay a 10% report fee (which is not much) and we had access to the Now Larimar Resort next door (beautiful resort). We could use the beach and pools until 6pm (we stayed longer with no problem). If you wanted the full all-inclusive stuff at Now Larimar, you had to pay about $83 per day.
We did not use this option because there are a ton of restaurants on the beach (access through the resort) and there are tons of restaurants downtown which is a 10 minute walk. We felt safe walking at night too.
Alexander was the greatest help throughout this trip. He recommended places to get food and things to do. He offered to book everything for us too! Alexander was a big reason why our honeymoon was a success.
The room was clean and Carlos, the housekeeper, was so nice and made us cute towel animals! He always asked how we were doing and he always had a smile on his face!
The included breakfast was amazing too. Lots of good food!
You cannot go wrong with booking at NH. You get access to the resort next door, the staff bend over backwards for you, and you definitely get the best bang for you buck here! STAY HERE!!!

Nice rooms. Comfortable beds.

Overall great hotel. The staff that we had the pleasure of meeting was awesome. Alexander at the front desk was great and Glenis in the cafeteria as well. The bed was comfy and the water was nice and hot!! Wifi was pretty good and you have access to the beach and hotel next door in the Now Larimar. At night you don't hear any noise and there is plenty of stuff close by withing walking distance. Plenty of places for drinks and eating. The value was great and I would highly recommend to anyone. Also the breakfast was nice! Real bacon and sausage along with plenty of other fresh fruits and what not. Me and the wife were pleased and would stay there again. We felt safe there and security was always present.
