Pros:

The hotel's location is wonderful, close to the lake and the surrounding villages. The hotel is beautiful, and the gardens are wonderfully maintained. The staff is nice and welcoming.

Fantastisch, ontspannend
Pros:

Rustige en mooie locatie.

Cons:

Helaas was het terras aan voorzijde dicht ivm werkzaamheden,
Verder moest je erg lang wachten (45 minuten tot 1,5 uur) als je in drankje bij het zwembad wilde of in de tuin. Poolbar werd geopend maar personeel verdween daarop. Sommige mensen van het personeel mochten geen bestellingen opnemen waardoor het lang duurde. Men zou wat meer oog moeten hebben voor wachtende mensen waardoor naar mijn mening service uitstekend zou kunnen worden.
Personeel aan de receptie waren top!

Mooie en hele rustige locatie, echter personeel voor drankjes buiten reageerde gewoon niet helaas. Vaak genegeerd en dus uiteindelijk maar zelf eigen drinken gaan halen van onze kamer….

Hôtel bien situé au calme assez proche du lac de Garde.

Cons:

Manque d'entretien en général(déjections de pigeons sur les rebords de fenêtre de la salle de bain- chambre 110). Personnel qui manque de réactivité face au client(Après 15 minutes d'attente personne ne vient prendre une commande de boisson). Service au restaurant qui n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Pros:

Très bel emplacement au calme dans la campagne loin du bruit et de la foule du bord du lac
Grande chambre donnant sur un magnifique jardin
Hôtel dog friendly
Très belle piscine (ou les chiens sages sont autorisés ce qui est vraiment cool)
La dame à l'accueil était sympa et arrangeante

Cons:

S'agissant d'un 4 étoiles pratiquant des prix élevés je trouve que :
La propreté des chambres est moyenne (robinetterie et joints)
Il n'y a pas d'eau froide au lavabo, toujours tiède, c'est pas pratique en cas de forte chaleur
La clim est très bruyante
Le petit déjeuner est totalement indigne d'un 4 étoiles, il manque de produits de qualité et la variété des produits est très limitée, après deux semaines d'hôtel dans la région nous étions en mesure de comparer les prestations
