Perfect location but improvements needed

What a fantastic location. Right on the beach and close to the train station. Breakfasts were all included a which is something we haven't come across before.

Cons:

This place would be great if a few adjustments were made.
Firstly, the air conditioning units are on fixed timers and we're not very good. This made the time very uncomfortable in the rooms. The rooms are well sized, however, there are some things that would make the stay better. A fridge would be great. I would suggest to the owners that rooms don't need servicing every day but sort out the other things first and you'll be able to charge more or save more. We had read the reviews coming in and had lowered our expectations. We made sure we spent as little time in the rooms as possible until the air con timers came on.
The people running things didn't speak any English and yet they were friendly and we got by communicating using phones and other people to help.

Per un weekend ok, forse di più cercherei altro.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, colazione continentale buona!
Parcheggio 10€ al giorno, non in loco, ma nel parcheggio della stazione esponendo un pass col nome dell'hotel.

Cons:

Camera nel seminterrato un po' umida.
Mancavano strutture o accessori dove appendere i teli della spiaggia/costumi bagnati (forse anche per questo si creava umidità in camera)

Un soggiorno piacevole e comodo, soprattutto per la posizione, la gentilezza dei proprietari e l’ottima colazione.
Pros:

La gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, sempre molto cordiali. La struttura è semplice ma davvero comoda: si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia libera, con un supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio a pagamento, situato a circa 200 metri. E la colazione è stata davvero buonissima!

Cons:

La struttura è semplice e senza particolari pretese, ma per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.
