Pros:

L'hôtel est charmant, très anglais avec des papiers peints d'inspiration William Morris. C'est un tout petit hôtel (12 chambres) très bien situé dans le centre ancien de Bath. La chambre et la salle de bain (très confortables) sont plutôt grandes pour un hôtel ancien de centre ville. De nombreuses attentions: peignoirs, bouilloire, cafetière Nespresso,...

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un défaut, mais pour des personnes marchant avec difficulté, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et que l'escalier est assez raide.

Cons:

Very slightly on the small and cozy side. Please note that the included breakfast is continental breakfast-only unless you book direct with the hotel (also note that the continental breakfast is rather good).

Decor was vibrant. Beds were quality and comfortable.
We had continental breakfast, it was plenty for us and fresh and well presented.

Amazing location, everything on your doorstep. Bed very comfy, we both slept well! We would definitely come back!

Good location , good breakfast , lovely decor , awful bed.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was good. They helped with bags.

Cons:

Very awkward access to room with narrow staircases. We were given feature room- beg mattress was awful . Can really damage your back. We think there were either 2 mattress joined up on kingsize bed, but was folding in the middle. We did not sleep all night. Toilet was on floor up, so you had to climb up in the middle of the night.
They really need to fort out the mattress. Decor was nice .

A beautifully decorated boutique hotel slap bang in the centre of a stunning city. Very friendly staff who were always happy to help.

Cons:

Stairs up to a bathroom can be a challenge for some but apart from that it was faultless
