Excellent hotel, strongly recommend!!
Pros:

Location was excellent! Staff were brilliant, rooms were brilliant. It was a cute little boutique hotel, would strongly recommend

Cons:

It didn’t have a lift for if your room was on the higher floors

Great location and friendly team in the heart of Bath
Pros:

Loved the location. A stones throw from all of the city attractions (including the Baths, the Abbey, the Theatre Royal & Pultney bridge to name a few that we enjoyed. Also great shopping and restaurants on the doorstep. Great continental breakfast selection with upgrades available.

Cons:

Little spots of mould appearing in the room and bathroom. Most likely due to the age of the property. We opened the window fully each morning to air the room but it could benefit from being cleaned off each day or a more permanent solution

Comfortable for a one-night stay - would stay again despite some negatives.
Pros:

The Hotel's location is absolutely perfect! Right in the centre, not far from the Baths, the Abbey... Check-in and check-out times were really reasonable, and I read online they're happy to hold luggage free of charge if you're arriving early. I overall had a comfortable stay, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Cons:

The room was quite hot (stayed in room 10). It was only 17 degrees during the day, but I had to keep the windows open during the evening when I was in the room so I dread to think what it's like during the summer! It was also really noisy due to a couple of bars/pubs in the area - I had quite a bad night's sleep due to the seagulls waking me up in the early morning, and the heat.

Communication needs to be improved. Check-in was quick and easy, but I wanted to hear a bit more about the hotel's facilities, i.e. the hot tub you can book, or the hotel bar. At breakfast, I was told to sit anywhere, was given a menu, but no one explained there was a small counter in the corner where I could help myself to juice, cereal, toast or fruit.

Absolutely Lovely.
Pros:

Reception was thoughtful and friendly. The room was quaint and sweet. The location can’t be beat. I was able to walk around Bath easily- all major attractions are within walking distance and the neighbourhood was perfect. There is good food all around as well as grocery stores. I enjoyed the cleanliness, personality and decor of my room.

Great location and comfortable
Pros:

Hotel location was excellent and in city centre but tucked away so it was quiet. Quaint hotel, clean and comfy bed. Bathroom small, shower in the bath tub but priority is that it’s clean. Kettle and coffee machine included. Would stay again.

Amazing staff, great atmosphere, and ideal location. Will definitely be back!
Pros:

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Harington’s Hotel! All the staff were so amazing and attentive. We loved our room, we even got a bathroom with a bath which I had asked if I could request in the booking!
Location was perfect, super central to everything that we wanted to see.
Good vegan options for the breakfast too! And staff was very accommodating to any allergies and dietary preferences.
The value was good as well, having breakfast included and still being cheaper and much nicer than nearby “budget hotels”. Next time we’re in Bath we’ll absolutely be staying here again! :)

Pros:

An excellent location. A very comfortable bed. Pleasant, warm comfortable room.

There was a problem with the plumbing in our room. Water in the wash basin and the shower did not drain away quickly.

A central boutique Hotel that made it easy to combine sights, theatre and a little retail therapy
Pros:

Lovely central, beautifully decorated, pretty boutique hotel full of character. Breakfast lovely. Room / hotel spotless. If travelling light and in town wanting a stylish central place to return to, I highly recommend this Hotel.

Cons:

Pretty boutique in a charming old building full of character also means no lift, lots of narrow stairs and a few quirks. Help given with bags to the room on arrival (lovely), it would've been two trips banging about up stairs and through fire doors otherwise. Be prepared also for more stairs within the room from bedroom to bathroom! I appreciate this may not be in every room, if like me you need to visit the bathroom in the night it does give you pause. Bed and pillows firm (too firm for me but thats personal taste) and i didn't ask for soft pillows so the hotel may have had them. I also like a window open when i sleep as rooms get stuffy so i found the noise from the very popular pub downstairs a bit much but with window closed not so bad. Ear plugs are also provided in room, so perhaps a common complaint and just the price of a great location!! Lastly, the hotel serve breakfast in sittings so need you to book a slot for breakfast the night before. I never normally plan that far ahead when away so it was a pressure! I suppose at least it got me up though!!

I beautiful, unique hotel in a great location (but take some ear plugs)
Pros:

The decor was beautiful and quirky, it was a wonderful location and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check in and out process was super easy too.

Cons:

Unfortunately the building is very noisy, which is to be expected due to it's age, but the floorboards above were very creaky and sound travelled through the walls and floors. I could hear other guests walking around throughout the night, their TVs, the chatting and the snoring (all night!) from the rooms both above and next to me, so unfortunately I didn't sleep too well.
