Pros:

Staff professional and helpful, rooms nice and comfortable .

Room a little cold, couldn’t turn onstage heating but no real problem.

Pros:

Nous avons aime la proximité avec le centre et les commerces. Le personnel était agréable et gentil et compréhensif.

Cons:

Notre chambre avait des traces d’humidité au plafond et il gondolait. De plus la douche avec de la mousse de moisissures… pour le prix payer de l’hôtel soit 120£ + 20£ de supplément pour notre chien et avoir ce genre de logement. Malheureusement il n’y avait apparemment plus de chambre disponibles pour nous en changer.

Le stanze sono più piccole di quanto sembrava dalle foto, ma comunque adeguate per un breve soggiorno.

Our favourite Bath hotel, close to everything one wants to see and do.
Pros:

We love that the rooms are individually decorated. There are cosy places to sit in the public areas.
Breakfast is wonderful, lots of choice and a lot more than the standard full English although that is available too.

Cons:

When we visited the week the hotel looked a bit neglected from the front with dead hanging baskets and rubbish and weeds in planters.

Quiet hotel in side street in centre of Bath
Pros:

The decor was lovely in the bedrooms and the lounge areas. Room had a walk in shower, desk and chair. Very clean. It was in a quiet street. Breakfast was great with buffet style for fruit, yoghurt, cereals, pastries etc and you could order hot food too. Nearest car park was Charlotte Street 24 hour about an 8 min walk from hotel.

Cons:

There was not anything that I did not like.

Comfy, and great location
Pros:

The location is fantastic, everything we wanted to do in Bath was easily reachable on foot. The staff were all friendly, the room was comfortable and clean and it was great to start each day with a coffee and a slice of toast :)

Enjoyable stay convenient to train station but just off main streets so was quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable stay and my daughter and I really enjoyed the ability to reserve and use the hot tub each day after walking miles. Emily also provided drinks for us from the bar - great service.

Quirky hotel in central Bath
Pros:

Good central location in Bath city centre.

Cons:

Booked for a business seminar in Bath. The hidden upcharge for breakfast was unexpected. It wasn't clear at the time of booking that "breakfast included" only means a continental breakfast, and you needed to pay a £12 supplement to get a cooked breakfast. Not something I've encountered in a conventional England hotel before, only in the cheaper Travelodges.

Fantastic hotel and staff in city centre close to all tourist hotspots and good restaurants

Location in the city centre and very friendly and helpful staff
Excellent cooked breakfasts great choice of continental breakfasts also
Loved the quirky interior design of the hotel our bedroom was beautiful.

EXCELENTE HOTEL BOUTIQUE NO CENTRO DE BATH - VALE A PENA CONFERIR!

Achei o quarto mega confortável, o staff extremamente simpático e prestativo, o café da manhã excelente e também o resident´s bar que eles têm.

Cons:

A acomodação tem escadas e para quem tem mala não é muito confortável, mas o staff ajuda a levar as malas para os quartos.
