Una piacevole sorpresa (anche all'arrivo)
Pros:

Accoglienza stupenda. La struttura è davvero molto rifinita nei dettagli, molto pulita e il ristorante ha davvero un'ampia scelta di piatti.

Buona posizione e buone intenzioni, molto da migliorare
Pros:

Camera molto comoda, visto che eravamo in tre e ci hanno dato due camere comunicanti quindi molto spazio e buon due bagni, per un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La posizione è buona per le piste considerando che l'hotel offre una navetta gratuita fino agli impianti e un deposito sci presso gli impianti. Intrattenimento per bambini ed adulti carino e anche abbastanza vario durante il soggiorno: ci sono piccoli spettacoli di sera e un club bimbi tutto il giorno. Inoltre organizzano escursioni in inverno per i non sciatori.

Cons:

L'offerta del ristorante, sia a cena che a colazione è piuttosto scarsa e non di una qualità adeguata ad un 4 stelle. La colazione è abbastanza basic e i dolci sono tutti industriali. Il salato è poco e non buono. La palestra è piccolina e non offre molti attrezzi. La piscina è piccola per le dimensioni della struttura e anche questa davvero molto base è solo una piscina rettangolare senza nessun gioco per bambini, e non è separata appunta da una potenziale zona per i bambini: il che vuol dire che se ti rilassi a bordo piscina sicuramente riceverai schizzi da chi gioca e molti schiamazzi. Non c'è nemmeno una vasca idromassaggio. La zona benessere è a pagamento, molto strano per un hotel a 4 stelle e ancora più strano per un hotel di montagna in cui, normalmente sarebbe tutto incluso.

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a San Sicario

Il Sansicario Majestic è una bella struttura. Lo staff è attento e professionale. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Il ristorante ben gestito e cibo di buon livello. La navetta per le piste passa molto frequentemente ed è spaziosa.
C'era stato un disguido tra Booking.com e la struttura per quanto riguarda la mia prenotazione. Ho dovuto attendere 10 minuti ma il front office ha risolto tutto rapidamente e con diligenza... e fatto upgrade alla junior suite.
Non mi aspettavo di trovare uno staff di animazione, avevo prenotato solo per un weekend di sci, e non lo cercavo, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla serata a cui ho assistito.

Ecellent value for money in a quieter part of the Via Lattea ski area
Pros:

Considering this is a mid range and relatively large hotel, the facilities, rooms and restaurant are very high quality. Special mention goes to the restaurant. Ordering is via an app, and the service is fast, but the quality of food is excellent!. You can see that the restaurant manager and head chef really take pride in their offering. You also get four courses per evening meal, so plenty of opportunity to sample different dishes.
Transfer to lift is regular and just 10 mins, and there is a ski room by the lifts so you dont have to drag everything back to the hotel each day

Cons:

Only slight minus is the noise level in the restaurant. Its a big room with hard surfaces and it can get quite noisy.

Pros:

Great dinner with haute cuisine level of a Michelin star.

Cons:

No soundproofing room doors and toilet doors. There is literally a visible gap at the bottom and all sounds from corridors and the toilet are all audible nearly unobscured.

Le personnel très disponible, la taille et la propreté des chambres, la restauration de qualité,les parties communes, la piscine, les animations, les navettes, le casier à ski au pied des pistes.
De Sansicario, on peut facilement explorer tous les magnifiques domaines de la Vialattea .

הצוות, הנוף, הבר, החדרים וחדר הילדים.

Cons:

ארוחת הערב בהגשה לשולחן - זה לא מתאים לכל אחד, במיוחד לא עם ילדים והאוכל לא טעים.
הצוות מקסים והם מאוד משתדלים אבל זה לא וואו.

המיקום מבודד ומרוחק אז בלילה לא זזים משם.
יש שאטל מאוד נוח שלוקח לסקי וחזרה. אבל יש עלייה מאוד לא סימפטית לרכבל הראשון.

בספא גובים 20 יורו לשעה עבור מתקנים ברמה בינונית. ג׳קוזי לא חם ולא נקי.
הבריכה כלולה בתשלום אבל מוגבלת לשימוש של שעה אחת אחה״צ והיא קרה.
