Great location, clean, minimalist rooms, well maintained and kitted out, everything you need and spacious too
Breakfast was at 7 which was after I had to leave for work - minor inconvenience as it said in the brochure in the room 6:30am. But not a major problem.
The breakfast was better than expected ,and the coffee was good .Location was brilliant .
Maybe sort out the interior of the lift where it had been repaired with duct tape !

I only stayed for one night, but I was very pleased. The room was spacious, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and helpful. Would happily stay again.
La stanza super accogliente, spaziosa, materasso molto comodo, e non scontato la presenza di uno specchio verticale in stanza e di un phone con la presa, non di quelli al muro che non buttano per niente l’aria!

room clean and plenty of space for a single business traveller. Bed was comfortable good mattress. plenty of pilows. plenty of towels available. Included breakfast was good. soundproofing against very busy road outside was ok
The hotel is rather bland, plain everything, no character in common areas or bedrooms. I felt a bit like a resident in a care home. Fire doors were hard to push but are necessary, however on returning to my room after work one day the fire doors were wedged open which s a bit of a worry. The external check in screen affords no privacy. The hotel wants a lot of private info to be entered which is easily visible to anyone nearby when checking in. It would be quite intimidating for anyone, particularly a lone female traveller. The hotel should consider the risks this presents as it is technically a breach of GDPR. Staff hard to locate out of basic hours. I must be fair that it was good value and I would use again. these comments are offered in a constructive way.
