Pros:

I would love to say I had it but room service wasn’t available until 12pm on a Saturday?? And the iPad in the room wouldn’t send a message and no telephone to contact room service. I called the main hotel number and it was cut off twice, as no one was picking up, so I gave up. We left the hotel and got some food at the services on the motorway.. better than the fillet steak that was murdered by the chef at the hotel..

Cons:

The food especially the over cooked fillet steak and the black bream which was like a starter.

Poor standards for a Stone Hotel
Pros:

Was the worst cooked breakfast that we had in the the last 10 years. The Room was good the dinner was passible but

A good stay but make your coffee before leaving!
Pros:

The maître d'was so helpful when we had an issue with our room - she was so friendly and kind. The room was lovely and dining was delicious, all the staff were super friendly

Cons:

Our tablet didn't work in our room so we had to go to reception to ask about dining and departure. In the morning, the lady on reception wasn't as friendly as the lady the previous evening and when we asked if we could fill our coffee cup for the journey, she said we would have to pay for it!
