Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that renovations are currently taking place. Pros:

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the location was also very convenient.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, making it difficult to open two suitcases comfortably. The bathroom is also fairly compact and basic, with limited space.

Pros:

The breakfast was decent, with plenty of options to choose from, both hot and cold. The room was alright too and generally clean, although the bathroom had a bit of a smell.

Cons:

The only thing that caught me off guard was the extra fees and deposits we had to pay on arrival. Altogether it was over 100 MYR. We did get part of it back at the end, but I wasn't really expecting those additional charges when checking in. (Maybe I missed it somewhere while booking, but still.)

Good value for money if you stay for the weekday, for a night or two.
Pros:

Good location becos it's quiet. It's a weekday, though. Room was just nice to chill n sleep. Staff was quite friendly.

Cons:

Just the hangers area, didn't know where to hang my wet towel.
Btw, the housekeeping did not change my sheets the following day. (FYI, I added another night's stay the next day!)
