Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that renovations are currently taking place. As a result, the fitness center is unavailable until further notice.

Cheap price for hotel which included breakfast in the fare, parking space and complete necessity such as iron and iron board, kettle, hairdryer

Cons:

The sink looks clean but smelly, there’s also a lot of dust below the bed frame which seems like it didnt get clean regularly

3 nights stay at Hotel Regent Vista (Ipoh)
Pros:

Location is convenient and easy to walk to many places for food, concubine street etc.. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is provided but same spread for 3 days we ate there.

Cons:

Room is very small, space very tight. No space for hanging our clothes or towels. There is no safe, wardrobe or fridge. Low water pressure at sink tap.
