Un super accueil avec des informations en amont concernant les parking de proximité. Café et thé gratuit a l'accueil, personnel accueillant, chaleureux.
Aucun problème de wifi mais en ce qui concerne la tv , trop ancienne pour arriver à envoyer nos applis de portable dessus, pas de chaîne, ni d'abonnement netflix. Le lit est a 2 matelas d'une personne l'un à côté de l'autre, on sait retrouver au milieu de la nuit a repositionner les matelas. Dans l'ensemble la chambre est entretenu (salle de bain, WC, sol etc) , les murs ont un peu de moisissures. Pour le prix d'une nuit cette chambre ne vaux pas le prix pour lequel on a payer.

Mettre un grand matelas que 2. Innover dans les tv.

Accueil agréable, chambre propre et bien équipée, seul bémol : bruyant la nuit sans doute du fait du week-end, emplacement parfait pour les visites dans la ville

Great experience, A+++++!
Pros:

Breakfast was comprehensive, fresh, and delicious. Sophie, the manager, was kind and thoughtful, and our rooms were very comfortable. The option to store our luggage enabled our family to make the most of our stay in Bruges, and Hotel Marcel’s location is perfect. We had originally booked a room for just 1 night, but decided to stay 1 more night!

Cons:

We have no dislikes to share.

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et a l écoute. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Bruges et petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Deuxième visite pour nous et nous reviendrons encore, je conseille vraiment cet hôtel.
