Important information:

The hotel is located on the Crescent Gardens which is next to Pay and Display parking bays. Hotel guests can buy a parking permit from reception on check-in for GBP 8 which covers the entire date of issue until 13.30 the following day. 2 multi-story car parks are adjacent to the hotel, and charges vary.

The hotel has anti-allergenic 100% goosedown quilts, so please use the special request section to inform the hotel of any allergy/dietary requirements.

For bookings of 4 rooms or more, the policy is as follows:

If canceled up to 3 weeks before the date of arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later or in the case of a no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Guests can bring their own travel cot but they must inform the property in advance.

Please note that pets can only be accommodated in some Double or Twin room types, subject to availability and costs GBP 20 per stay.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, so friendly and really made us feel welcome. They were especially helpful considering we were staying with a 5 month old and had additional requirements. Breakfast was extremely tasty too

Friendly and welcoming
Pros:

The most welcoming and accommodating staff. I have some dietary needs and my breakfast was served with some adjustments that made it perfect. Thank you for the hospitality!

Cons:

Nothing. I was staying for only one night and everything I needed was a good night sleep and some breakfast.

Overall very enjoyable. We’ll definitely book the hotel again.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

Our corner room was located overlooking quite a busy road on one side which was a little noisy.

Arrival - staff very friendly and accommodating
Facilities good with the room
Breakfast was nice would have liked fresh fruit as a choice but everything else was nice and good service.
Rooms was nice and quiet

Cons:

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable as was the pillows
I thought for the price of £250 per night there would have been some small shampoo, conditioner etc

Convenient for what we wanted but felt like we were stepping back in time and a lot of money for what it is
Pros:

Location great. Reception staff very welcoming.

Cons:

Very musty smell in stairs and in room. Very dated and antiquated (when you get past reception and initial staircase)

Erg goed hotel, zou het niet erg vinden hier nog eens te verblijven.
Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt, ruime kamer met goede faciliteiten. Prima bed. Zowel bad als douche.
Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Van de twee ramen in de kamer kon er maar één een klein stukje open.

I would stay here again . Staff amazing especially Rachel who supported us thank you . :)
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, the room I stayed in was older(decor not my taste and not for me) however it was nice.
The bathroom Was very clean and comfortable using the bath with hot tub vibes this was lovely alongside the shower.

Cons:

I personally didn’t like the decor or arrangements of furniture ( however this is an older hotel with old features of the building) this is personally not my type and my preference. But could not fault anything else.
