早餐服务有一个年纪大的女员工很专业,特别和蔼可亲和善良,可惜我不知道她名字.
整栋楼需要翻新 噪音大 楼下酒吧烟囱冒烟搞的到处烟味
Grand hotel, great location, first class breakfast.
We paid £170 for one night which I thought was overpriced. The room was tired (the duvet needs replacing as it’s very old and flat). The view out the window was hideous. We looked onto a bag full of rubbish and pigeons/pigeon droppings.
Great room, lovely service.

Central location, but load music on a night and surrounded by seagulls
The cleanliness
The breakfast and meals were varied with excellent quality. The rooms were spacious comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is centrally located, yet street parking was easily found at £8 per day. But by far the greatest asset of this hotel were the staff, each of which made the stay exceptional, they were friendly, professional and went that extra yard to be helpful.
Thanks to everyone for making our stay special.
Everything was absolutely fantastic
this is 2nd time here nice .
Virtually everything!
Bathroom fittings ( excluding all sanitary fittings!) not robust enough!
Very spacious room. We stayed in the longsborough. Great location for both the town and the tram to the beach.
Nothing
This is a lovely hotel with helpful professional staff, we had a very comfortable stay and would like to return, we only stayed one night but could have stayed for a week. The hotel is in a great location too, near to the train station and town centre and not far to the beach.
I will definitely attend another event at the Crescent. It felt so good to dress up for The Supper Club (seats 35). Where cocktails, canapés and entertainment 1920s style were enjoyed. Then into the dining room for 3 courses of fine dining at its very best, followed by coffee and mints, whilst relaxing and listening to the beautiful voice of Voce Bella and the fantastic keyboard playing of Mark Gordon. What is there not to love.❤️ Congratulations to the Chef and waiters 🙌🏻 working on that night making and serving the food to our tables with perfection 🙏
What an absolutely fantastic evening at The Crescent Hotel's very first jazz Supper Club! Beautiful venue, set out so thoughtfully for the event. Gorgeous food served by attentive professional staff. Freshly made cocktail, canapés, three courses with coffee and mints to follow. And, of course, last but very much not least - fantastic jazz (and even a little bit of exquisite opera!) from the super talented Voce Bella and Mark Gordon! Absolutely cracking night - already looking forward to the next one! Thanks to all concerned xxx
If it's Scarborough it has to be The Crescent- had a 2 day break as usual all the staff were friendly welcoming and did a brilliant job. We attended the jazz supper evening- it was a lovely night. Thank you to everyone for a lovely break.
Absolutely fantastic evening, 5 of us went for the Jazz supper only £60 a head. The food was amazing and the perfect live music. On arrival a cocktail and canapés, followed by a 3 course meal that was wonderful. No pre cooked rubbish here. I didn't want the night to end. Can't wait until they have another night. Nadine your staff were great and so attentive. If I could have given 10 stars I would have
What a wonderful seaside hotel- Friendly helpful staff , very clean . I had a single room so was expecting a cupboard but was as big as many twin rooms I’ve stayed in - I hate showers so was delighted it had a bath - There was also the welcome addition of a ceiling fan . I liked this hotel for numerous reasons but must say that the breakfast included in the price was outstanding - Thank you for a wonderful stay
Proximity to the centre of Scarborough
