I dont think i might book here again
Pros:

There is a girl that works at the night shoft that is ao nice and friendly

Cons:

The property is clean but there was bo iron in the room ure bot even allowed to bring an iron which is sth essential in any hotel room
Secondly for 3 people in a room they only give u 3 0.5L bottles of water which is not logical at all
Also when i booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa they completely refused saying 3 persons then : beds and she called the manger refusing to give me the room i booked but the manger was nicer she just explained that 2 beds room would be small
I didnt put the dnd sign so they would clean my room and they didnt saying that i must tell them that i need the room to be cleaned though the girl the day before explained that i remove tge sign only so they know and clean the room

They explained that if I need my room to be cleaned, I should remove the DND still, no one came to clean the room or restock the water, dishes, and everything that had been not there
When I was booking, it was written that they can provide a taxi from that but after my birthday, they sent me that it’s charge for $35 even it was written that there is a parking lot but when I arrive to explain that it’s $10 per day

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenso ausgezeichnet.

I had a wonderful stay at Queens Suite hotel in Beirut. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent and the staff was very kind and friendly, and I would especially like to highlight Hassan for his warm smile, exceptional hospitality and kindness. He went above and beyond to help me, making sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. I can highy recommend!!
