A very nice authentic old style hotel in the heart of the Beirut vibe. Close to the AUB and the AUB Medical Center. Which is very convenient to why I was here ... clean ; beautiful bed and breakfast... like it...

Clean, quiet and friendly hotel. Great location! Only 10-15mins walk to the sea shore. Friendly and helpful staff. The room does need a little fix-me-up, but it was very clean and spacious! We had the family suite (1 King, 3 twin beds). Continental breakfast buffet was served hot in the morning with a good variety to choose from. Valet parking, parking garage and very fast service! I'd stay that again for sure!

Excellent staff and location and breakfast all very up to a standard that was good and appreciated.
Negative was that the hotel rooms do need renovation with the decor being on the dull side but overall acceptable.
The main issue is the bathroom sink. It stinks! The pipe is of plastic and therefore the grime and dirt will not totally be flushed down and there the residual smells.
It should be replaced by an aluminium or lead pipe.

Well when I first booked I was concerned that the reviews of 2018 and before were not that good but the recent reviews were great so I took the risk. It turns out they did a major remodeling and the issues that guests complained about then (like rusty bathrooms etc) have all been resolved. I had a great time at the hotel, the staff were awesome... Still the best attraction of this place is its fantastic location right in the heart of Hamra. I'll be staying there again for sure!

Good place for a first time stay in Beirut.
Pros:

TV and TV signal were low quality, which may be because of the infrastructure of the area, crazy traffic, constant honking of horns. Most every thing within walking distance. Easy to get lost, make sure to take you phone, always to find your way back. Over all staff was helpful and courteous.
