The breakfast had a good variety of tasty items with some wonderful local food. The location of the breakfast room was absolutely stunning with gorgeous city views.

Cons:

The Samary Hôtel's location was great, easy walk to the city center as well as the onverlook at the top of the hill. Wonderful restaurants close by. The property is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous courtyard and a patio on the second floor. The overlook of the city is breathtaking.

Da arquitetura e localização

Cons:

O quarto cheirava a mofo, a janela dava pra um pátio interno que a luz ficou acesa durante toda a noite e a janela não tinha cortina blackout. Muito barulho no quarto. A acomodação cobrou via pix a hospedagem anteriormente numa conta em Singapura, primeira vez que isso me aconteceu numa reserva no Booking.

Muy buena opción en Sucre, es necesario corregir detalles para mejorar la experiencia del huésped
Pros:

El hotel es muy simpático y pintoresco, es la tercera vez que me hospedo aquí. La ubicación me parece bastante buena y las habitaciones son cómodas. Es un hotel tranquilo.

Cons:

Dos aspectos concretos me parece que deben ser corregidos porque no son situaciones agradables para un huésped:

1. Me llegó un mensaje de alguien que se presentó como el administrado pretendiendo cambiar las condiciones de la reserva, dado que señalaba que si no pagaba por adelantado me cancelarían la reserva, cuando claramente las condiciones de la reserva señalan que se paga en el hotel. Considero que alegar la supuesta falta de seriedad de otros huéspedes no es un argumento para escribir ese mensaje, existen condiciones pactadas y resulta realmente desagradable que pongan en duda la seriedad de mi reserva.

2. Al momento de pagar pretendían aplicar un recargo por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, ante mi consulta de por qué el recargo el encargado señaló que es el monto de la comisión que le cobran a ellos los de ATC. Honestamente es la primera vez que me sucede que pretendan trasladar al huésped el pago de una comisión que le corresponde al hotel, esto incluye mis diversas estadías incluso en hoteles en el campo.

Me parece que deben analizar este tipo de políticas porque contradicen el nivel de hotel que alegan ser, reitero que como huésped ambas experiencias son molestas y pueden ser fácilmente evitables.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, sowie die Lage. Zwei Duschköpfe. Das Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das uns keine Hilfe bei den Koffern angeboten wurde. Ferner fehlte ein Handtuch und die Kacheln im Badezimmer hatten Risse. Und der Schuhcleaner war auch nicht dar. Der Rezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich.
