Een heel aangenaam hotel en prachtige lokatie
Pros:

Lokatie en aangenaam hotel met de terasjes en zicht op sucre. Aangenaam ontbijt

Cons:

Kleine opmerkelijk. Hadden taxi geboekt om ons naar bus terminal en is blijkbaar niet doorgegeven. Gevraagd om radiator op ons kamer uit te zetten. Deze had geen knop. Ook niet gebeurd.

Pros:

Beautiful colonial style hotel, with a courtyard in the center. Very spacious rooms, all friendly staff, great fresh to order breakfast as well as a buffet.
Accommodating when I arrived super early (7am)
Location very close to the main square, can't think of anything negative to say.

Stilvolle Unterkunft mit tollem Team
Pros:

Ein tolles und stilvolles Hotel, sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Abendessen ebenfalls und der Panoramablick auf die Stadt vom Speiseraum aus ist großartig. Es gab zudem einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, den wir für unseren Mietwagen nutzen durften. Alle vom Team waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Lovely historical hotel close to centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large and comfortable, lots of hot water.

Cons:

Asked to pay via a link ahead of arrival ,which lead to a significant price increase for a 4 night stay. On checkout we were asked if we wanted to pay cash or card so card would have been accepted after all.

Pros:

Es un hotel estilo colonial realmente maravilloso, tiene varias plantas, con patio interior y terraza con vistas al casco historio donde disfrutar de un riquísimo desayuno. Es muy muy bonito y la habitacion era enorme, con mucho espacio, un baño amplio y comodo. Me ha encantado! Ademas tiebe una ubicacion excelente, a dos cuadras caminando de la plaza 25 mayo! Y el personal muy atento y servicial

Wonderful place to stay in Sucre.
Pros:

This place was great. It was clean with daily room cleaning which was nice. The decor and gardens were outstanding. The breakfast was good, you could have eggs, sandwich, and pancake (French toast, or waffle) made to order. They had lactose free milk. For the price it was well worth it. Great location, friendly staff. The restaurant had good quality food. I had the mondongo one night and it was fantastic, the stuffed chicken, also muy bien.

My room had wonderful windows and views of the city, it was really something.

The hot water was hot, the TV and Wi-Fi worked well. The location was also wonderful.

Cons:

There were issues when leaving with the payment and conversion rates. Just be aware that there may be some discrepancies. It was a high fee to use a credit card. I do not like using all my cash for hotel payments; I like to handle and situate my finances when I get home and not have to worry about running out of "cash". I am not rich, so naturally parts of my travels will be put on a credit card.

The restaurant was not always opened and opened late for dinner at 7 pm. I like to eat dinner earlier, so I don't have nighttime digestive problems.

The toilet seat lid in my room did not stay up, so when you sat on the toilet, the lid would fall back onto your backside.....yeah, get a new toilet seat lid.
