We had no fridge in our room.Staff at reception on 2 occasions insisted that we had….
Housekeeping checked and agreed that there was NO fridge….it had been removed due to a fault!!
For us it wasn’t a huge issue,but the arrogance and insistence by reception that we were wrong was upsetting…..
Also,the steps to reception need a hand rail.
We will not stay here again.
