Pros:

Posizione ottima nel cuore del quartiere Hoan Kiem e personale della reception affidabile e operativo, sono venuti incontro alle nostre richieste.

Cons:

L hotel sembra un po' scuro e vecchio dall' esterno, certo non è tra i più moderni, ma ci ha stupito per la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale. Anche la colazione semplice ma buona.

Pros:

Muy céntrico, cerca de todo. Limpio y bien organizado. Lo mejor el personal y la gestión de Mr Được. Ha sido muy amable y me ayudó con mis problemas de salud, llevándome al hospital y estando a mi lado durante las visitas médicas. Un verdadero ángel!

Un hôtel qui se respecte
Pros:

Je ne comprends pas les critiques acerbes de certains clients. Certes ce n’est pas l’hôtel le plus clinquant de la ville, mais la chambre était correctement équipée, suffisamment confortable et le petit-déjeuner correct. L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé et le personnel accueillant. Bon rapport qualité prix pour Hanoï

Good friendly staff. In a great spot in Hanoi Old Quarters
Pros:

I liked the old fashioned dark timber and location in Hanoi Old quarters. The laundry was done efficiently and cost effectively. The staff were friendly and helpful and organised a driver to the airport which was very nice.

Cons:

Only thing that could improve is the shower/bath could do with a renovation but otherwise a good hotel.

Vi vil ikke besøge dette hotel igen - værelset var ganske enkelt for ringe.
Pros:

Beliggenheden var meget central i den gamle bydel.

Cons:

Udluftningen var ikke eksisterende på badeværelset, hvilket resulterede i at hele værelset var fugtigt, og vores tøj blev fugtigt/vådt.

Chambre vaste avec terrasse arborée. Quartier vivant, chambre calme.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner variable selon les jours. Offre selon l'humeur. Mais cela reste correct.
Chambre très agréable, vaste et calme.
Personnel très serviable.
Un havre de paix dans un quartier animé.
Proche du vieux quartier et du lac .
Je ne peux que conseiller.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, un peu plus soigné, oeuf trop cuit, soupe absente. Il en faut peu pour que ce soit parfait

Soggiorno discreto ma a parità di prezzo si può trovare qualcosa di meglio.

Posizione comoda, vicina al centro storico di Hanoi. Colazione buona, uova, bacon, frutta, succo, pane, burro, marmellata e caffè americano.
