Hampton Inn & Suites Dodge City is located in same parking lot as the Boot Hill Casino; it's right next door. Still, there was plenty of parking, very accessible to the hotel. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. Beds were well kept and clean, with mattresses encased in zippered individual protective fabric envelopes, keeping the mattresses clean. Area under mattresses clean. Bathrooms very clean, and shower very comfortable with good heat and water pressure. Staff was very attentive to special requests and travelling needs and breakfast was excellent. In the 6 or 7 hotels we stayed in for our trip, Hampton stood out in the things that made it clear they paid attention to detail. Breakfast was very well managed by a super attentive and hospitable staff member (Rosemary) who not only made sure the food (excellent omelets and waffles), coffee and juice was well stocked, but made sure to greet guests and make sure they had help with anything in the breakfast area. She exemplified the attention to detail that characterizes this Hampton Inn. Excellent place to stay, excellent value for the money. Absolutely the optimal choice for this region; no question about it.

Saturday July the 4th morning hot breakfast was amazing, loved the red, white and blue toppings for the hot waffles. Thank you Rosemary for your wonderful hospitality keeping up with warm full bellies with a smile. This was a great stay. We enjoyed the firework display out on the parking lot. Will stay again!
