Note on housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily, including towels changed. Room linen is changed after 3 nights. If you require anything in addition to this, please let us know, and we will be happy to help.

To enhance our guest experience and add breakfast offerings at the property, we are extending our public areas from Monday, 29 June. Works will take place Monday to Saturday between 07:30 and 18:00, and any noisy works will be limited to 09:00 - 17:00; no noisy works will take place on Sundays.

Pros:

The location. Very central, with an underground station across the street and lots of supermarkets near by

Cons:

The room was a little too small (the best is against the wall, not very cosy for a couple), and the 3 days cleaning policy is not for our taste.
Furthermore there is no hand towels, we believe the could easy improve these points.

Pros:

Everything was brand new, clean and location was great, close to the stations, walking distance to tourist points, public transport and supermarkets. A/c was great which it helped a lot with the outside temperature. Many restaurants and bars arround too

Cons:

We already knew that room was small as it was described, but if we had a big luggage it wouldn't be possible to walk arround in the room with it open. The soundproof for internal was not good, there was somebody sick, coughing a lot and we could hear it all night. Plus the drain pipe for the shower was either clogged or not efficient enough since it would flood the whole thing within minutes.

Localização e o quarto ser bem escuro/ac funcionando bem para dormir foi otimo!

Cons:

Quarto MUITO pequeno, inclusive o box. Uma pessoa que nao seja magra ou um casal alto/medio porte mal consegue entrar no chuveiro e abrir as malas de bordo no quarto. Muito menor do que o esperado

Perfekt för en övernattning, om man bara behöver en säng och ett badrum.
Pros:

Litet rum men prisvärt, nära tunnelbanan, fick låna bagagerum efter tidig utcheckning, AC & Wi-Fi fungerade bra.

Pros:

I like it too much but don’t clean the rooms every day so I think it’s a bad point for that and I also don’t give you a breakfast but the place is amazing is near you can go by walk to different historic places so it’s so great place to stay and the price is not expensive and the personality is really nice

La ubicación, está muy cerca de todo y bien conectado.

Cons:

Habitaciones pequeñas y que nos dijeron que ellos nos podían almacenar las maletas gratis hasta la media noche y no fue así, nos mandaron a otro lugar en el que nos cobraron, claro con un descuento por tener colaboración con el hotel.

Pros:

The location was a 7 min walk from Waterloo which was great and lots of shops near by!

Cons:

For £230 for one night, I felt like the room could have been bigger, it a box room with little to no room and not suitable for long stays due to limited space. Could do with another blanket as got very chilly at nighttime. The quilt cover was also ripped in two places. Also had a tiny window so not much light.

Pros:

At the hotel, they gave us o room without window. The room was on the basement floor. My wife suffer from claustrophobia and was unable to stay in the room. We contacted the local manager and asked for a room change. He claimd that the hotel is fully booked. When we explained to him that we could not stay in this room and asked him to make an effort to find a solution, no effort was made. We were forced to take a room in another hotel. The hotel manager did not agree to refund our money off 220 and we paid 280 in the another hotel. We were very offended by the treatment we received.
