For bookings of more than 9 rooms, please contact the hotel directly to discuss availability and arrangements. Note on housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily including towels changed. Room linen is changed after 3 nights. If you require anything in addition to this, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

To enhance our guest experience and add breakfast offering at the property, we are extending our public areas from Monday 29 June, with works taking place Monday to Saturday between 07:30 and 18:00 and any noisy works limited to 09:00 - 17:00; no noisy works will take place on Sundays.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Cons:

No nos hicieron la habitación durante dos días, habiéndonos quejado el primero.
La habitación extremadamente pequeña y sin ventana. El aire acondicionado muy fuerte, muy frío, y no se podía bajar, con lo que lo tuvimos que quitar. Y pasamos calor.

Cons:

we were only informed when we arrived in our room that you were doing construction, which was very loud and woke us up every morning at 8:30. I do not think it is acceptable to pay full price for a room in the basement where we woke up to extremely loud drilling for the entirety of our stay.

Localização e equipe prestativa e cordial. Possibilidade de se visitar os principais pontos turísticos de Londres caminhando. Fácil e rápido de se chegar a partir da St. Pancras.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei não possuía janelas, mas para mim não foi problema, já que passava mais tempo fora do hotel do que no quarto. Não consegui regular o ar condicionado, mas também não chegou a me afetar negativamente nesta situação.

Posizione pulizia cortesia

Cons:

Consiglio di accertarsi di aver scelto una camera con finestra perché sembra di essere nella cabina di una nave e potrebbe dare fastidio (dalla prenotazione non lo avevo capito, forse per colpa mia, non ricordo se fosse indicato). Il letto per 2 adulti è in realtà una piazza e mezzo....se il secondo adulto non fosse stata mia figlia non credo ci saremmo entrati, considerando che è addossato alla parete. Aria condizionata impostata a 17 gradi, freddissimo. Se si spenge o si regola nel letto c'è però un piumone (a luglio) senza lenzuola, quindi si deve per forza dormire con piumone e ac altissima e quindi rumorosa durante la notte. Consiglio alla struttura di mettere oltre ai 2 teli bagno per la doccia anche un asciugamano per le mani.

Cons:

After choosing a room with no window for budget its was not ideal. Room extremely small so damp towels from shower & hot temperatures outside definitely more ventilation required.

Central but small.
Pros:

Location is central. Supermarkets and restaurants around. Reasonable price for being central. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Really small. Length of bed was width of room. That I don't mind but bed set up so you have to crawl over your partner to get to the other side. Only one person can fit in the bathroom at a time. Room is serviced every 4 days.
