Air conditinal is not cold enough, feeling warm during our stayed.
Everything is great except for the air conditioning as the room is not cooling despite setting the temperature to 15C, air condition is not as per temperature set

The location is good
The staff is very helpful and very consideration as the housekeeper accidentally throw my contact lenses container and the staff buy it back for me.
The bed and pillow are too soft
The breakfast variation is limited as we stay for 5 days. It would be good if the hotel person in charge can have more choices for the breakfast will be good
The property was in a good location, only 20 minutes from the busy city Center. Also very attentive staff who were able to speak English, super useful in China.
The only thing I would add as feedback, the rooms could use an update as they are quite old looking. However, this doesn’t take away from the cleanliness or comfort. Very clean and very comfortable
Hotel location is good. There is food street is nearby hotel. Staffs can speak English well. Breakfast is good.

There's error in the feature/facility on this hotel. There's no shuttle service between Shuangliu Airport and this hotel. Maybe booking.com need to verify again?
Breakfast was quite good.
You have a responsibility, for the sake of the comfort, well-being and health of your non-smoking guests, to provide them with no-smoking accommodation, and if no such accommodation is available, to warn them at the time of booking. Had I known in advance that my room had previously - and quite evidently - been occupied by smokers, that the extractor fan sucked in air from the room used by smokers next door, and that my room had no window that could be opened, I would not have chosen this hotel. I was offered an alternative room, but as it was a clear downgrade and there was no guarantee that the adjoining corridor would remain smoke-free, I declined, and so endured nights of poor sleep, painful lungs, an irritated throat and headaches. Come on, this is the 21st Century. Non-smokers deserve much more consideration than this.
great facilities and great location
Room and overall facilities are quite good, also the location is fairly near to many interesting spots of the city. There is a metro station 2 blocks away which is very helpful if looking for an.option with budget constraints for your trip to Chengdu
Pleasant hotel with a great location—close to restaurants and shopping. Also a wine shop was nearby with a nice selection of French reds. Tea in the lobby was a nice welcome. Language at the front desk was only a minor challenge.
Internet was poor they had not received my booking the local area was quite good hard to find places to eat
Very good location,Very convenient go to anywhere in Chengdu City, Reception counter staff very friendly very helpful, Housekeeper excellent, Always keep room clean, Let us sleep feel very comfortable, I’ll stay this hotel again when we come to Chengdu city at next time.
The hotel was a nice one, with great location not far from the center. A very cozy and clean room with unique design. I liked the fast check-in process and hotel service in general.
