Unremarkable staff, but no issues with cleanliness.
Pros:

The room was clean and nice. The hotel is also relatively close to a station.

Cons:

The staff. The night I arrived, they were rather cold, quiet, and subtly condescending (eyes, tone, and assistance). It was a bad first impression of the hotel and set the mood for the rest of the stay.

Pros:

チェックインもチェックアウトの際も丁寧な対応をしていただきました。タクシーをお願いしたらすぐに呼んでくださり、無事に結婚式場に迎えました。

Cons:

目の前が首都高速と4号線のため交通量が多く、夜全くと言っていいほど寝れませんでした。何度も目を覚ましてしまい、金額も高かったのでこれであの値段か...と思ってしまいました。
