Good location- APA does a good job with having some really convenient locations!
Pros:

Could walk to Ginza or Akihabara from here.

Cons:

The door stop in the room was placed in a spot about mid-way down the bedside... banged my toes on it about 4 times before I placed my shoes in front of it. Tight space - feel like the door should swing towards the wall instead of into the room.

Pros:

清潔、駅から至近、朝食もコンパクトながら美味しい。

Cons:

特にないが、高速道路が近いのが少し気になりますが、
良かった点が多いので問題ないです。
